Very clean property sits in downtown. Very convenient to get around on taxi or Uber

I didn’t like the service provided to us at reception. Not facility issue it was more of the young lady who check us in. Didn’t bother telling us what services they had. Nor did she ask about our vehicles. On our way out we were charged $13 per vehicle because of her negligence.

Love coming here, it’s in a nice area with a good amount of parking, and very clean rooms.

Room didn’t have a fridge which I suppose it’s my fault for not double checking the description. Also didn’t have an iron? Again, I’m sure if I would’ve called room service they would’ve helped me out but I just found it odd that it wasn’t included in the first place.

The location and proximity of the hotel to so many other attractions was one of the many selling points. We enjoyed how so many things were just a walking distance.

We would've appreciated a mini fridge in our room. With a few nights out for dinner it would've been awesome to have some left overs stored in a mini fridge for later.

It was central to the venue where we were having our party. It was affordable. The 6 th floor breakfast for people who get suites.

It has a bit of musky smell to it. The parking exit, they should explain to you or have it listed somewhere that the hotel needs to validate your ticket. You get to the parking exit to be turned around. It’s a hassle.

Cleaning maids were thorough and friendly. Waiters were fast n friendly.. The shower was great and the room was a nice size. You can request a mini fridge. Great location. In middle of grocery store, mall and medical clinics.

That only 1 coffee filter and 1 coffee cup was given for 2 people. Front desk not friendly. Shower n floor slippery, needs nonslip mats.

I like the attention at the bar and restaurant

I didn’t like the attention from the people at the front desk, they are always showing to be unpleasant to check you in. I go over there very often but the good think about it is that I only have to deal with them once.

The room was clean and comfortable, heating worked fine. The property is large, well-maintained, and has plenty of on-site amenities like a convenience store, bar, restaurant, and spa (we did not try any of these). 12pm checkout is fantastic, as well.

It would have been nice to have a microwave, and maybe a small refrigerator, in the room.

The hotel has a modern, new, shiny interior, a courteous front desk, an immaculate room and bathroom, a square shower with strongly pressured hot water, a beautiful view, a nice bed, and quiet. Everything you may need (cafes, pharmacies, groceries) is very close.

Expensive buffet breakfast ($21 for Tijuana is a lot)

The door staff porter was the most helpful man. I didn't meet a more considerate man than him. In fact they were all very helpful but he did over and above. Starbucks on hotel is good for a coffee too. Safe in the room helpful.

Very noisy right at the big roundabout. The glass wasnt sound proof. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable. No fridge in room for this standard hotel it was a shock.

I loved the location of the property. So many places to go at a walking distance.

I felt that my room was average for what it was described. I wish there would've been a fridge in my room as well. It also appeared that my room was not swept. But overall I really like staying here.
