Very clean and updated - we stayed in room 102 and it was very nice. Hubby was pleasantly surprised and I was relieved because I knew he was nervous about staying in TJ. Restaurant food was fairly priced and delicious. He had the machaca breakfast and it was huge! He loved the shower in our room too. Parking was plentiful and we felt safer with the lot being a courtyard-type of place to park. Amenities included a couple bottles of water, shampoo and soap in the shower and sink. No conditioner so bring yours if you use it.

Would have liked having a washcloth, and while I'm sure I could have called the front desk and requested one, it was too late by the time I was getting into the shower, lol!

My stay here was a very pleasant surprise. I booked it last minute in the middle of a roadtrip and found myself staying in a room worthy of a trip of its own: The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, beautiful and confortable. The service was impeccable, we were recieved by courteous staff that took care of our every need, regardless of the time of our arrival. We were tired and cranky from the road and highway motels, and we were able to relax, rest and laugh during our stay here. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come back to Tijuana. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in Tijuana, look no further. This is the place for you.

Brand new remodeled rooms. Its obvious they used high quality materials too. A/C worked great. Super clean! The bed was nice, the towels were nice, great pillows. Theres a KFC next door and across the street theres a bank, a pharmacy, and a market amogst some food shops.

Nothing bad to say. It could be closer to downtown, but it isnt very far.

There is some construction in some rooms going on right now. Strong sewer odor in the room. Noise from the street gets in quit a bit. At 2am a loud party of men arrived and were talking loud till 3am, and nobody appeared to tell them to quiet down. Could not rest.

Economical hotel in a good area. Nice breakfast restaurant. One of the few economy hotels with an elevator. Rooms are undergoing remodel. Parking is easy. Wi-Fi was operational.

The TV does not include access to premium internet applications. The room was still in the que for update which means the carpet and tiled surfaces were worn. There where no USB outlets.

fast check in, doors have codes but hopefully you don't loose that code, as its written on your check in paper/receipt. parking right at door step or behind the hotel, easy to walk..

you couldn't smoke around the hotel, as there were signs everywhere even in the parking lot in the back saying no smoking. i guess its the city/country rule, but in USA we don't have it so it was weird... i mean i still smoked :)

It’s very clean and easy to get around. The bed is very comfortable, the room is awesome and the bathroom is super nice. Very close to the mall and a couple of bars

I have no complaints. I think this place is my favorite in Tijuana so far.

Everything is in walking distance. I like that I can park my car and walk everywhere, soccer stadium, shopping mall, grocery store, convenience store, entertainment. I love it.

Limited parking close to rooms. But there is additional parking a little farther from rooms. Enough parking for everyone.

Perfect location to access gallerias at the hippodrome / Xolos stadium and Zona Rio/ Aguas Calientes neighborhoods.. just don’t drive in Tijuana on Saturday as there is a lot of traffic

No smoking signs everywhere including the open air back parking area - I guess they have to post them By law?

I like the location, the attention of the gentleman that took me to show me my room and the attention of the cleaning ladies....

I didn't like the service of the person that took care of my check-in, I didn't like that the room looked like it wasn't vacuumed, the carpet is old and it had a big tear.....need little improvement...
