Loved the hotel. Very nice design, modern, and squeaky clean. Loved the climate control, room design, USB sockets, and the WI-FI speed. Coffee machine is an excellent bonus! Comfy beds. Nice value for TJ. Would definitely come back.

We were told that breakfast is served starting 7 am. We were in a hurry to leave early in the morning, but they had not started serving breakfast till around 7 15 am, so unfortunately we could not enjoy it. The walls are just a little bit too thin, so sometimes we could hear the TV from the room next door.

The room was very nice, the bed and pillows were very comfy. The bathroom shower has wonderful water pressure and I like having the Dove products. It was perfect for my overnight stay.

The breakfast was disappointing. Nothing but high sugar items. White bread, pastries, processed oatmeal, high sugar cereals. There was fruit, but high sugar banana, oranges and apples. It would have been nice to have some kind of protein. There was granola bars, but even those are high sugar.

I stayed for one night after a late arrival flight (I live two hours from Tijuana) and I'm really happy with my hotel choice. The facilities are very modern and clean, the staff is super friendly and I was allowed to do a late check-out (I woke up with a headache) They have a little shopping kiosk to buy snacks and drinks. Breakfast is included and they have complimentary coffee 24/7. And it's conveniently close to the airport. I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean comfortable and relaxing

Our rooms were noisy, was told because we were next to operational system for hotel. It took 2 nights before getting a handicap shower chair. I called upon arrival that it was missing in room, in morning time I reminded the staff and finally as I was going to bed they brought it. Lost some sleep as they spooked my sleep. Also the children that stayed were extremely noisy.

Clean, comfortable, good amenities. 24 hrs front desk. Coffee/tea area 24 hours open, with filtered water and soda water. Good breakfast included (fruits, fresh scrambled eggs, fresh salsa, yoghurt, etc. My stay was one day we extended for 2 more days The employees were nice and helpful Quiet area. Feels safe. Some taquerias close by but they close early.

It was very clean and surprisingly quiet even though my room was next to the elevator. Staff was very friendly, polite and courteous. Parking lot is well lid. There is a safe box, ironing board, hair dryer in room.

My bed was very squeaky every time I moved. They offer complementary coffee, hot tea or water but you have to go down stairs to the reception area to get it.

Breakfast was far above what you’d expect at an accommodation at this price point. Breakfast burritos and other offerings, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, fresh juices, etc were served by an excellent staff. Everything was clean tasted very good.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and there was free coffee and a breakfast available in the morning. It's relatively close to the airport as well.

I wasn't able to connect an HDMI to the TV, nor cast to it like it advertises, this was annoying.

Prefect location to family and border crossing! Plenty of parking! Quick and easy check-in! The rooms and the beds are nice and always love the black out curtains! The a.c. as always on point on the hottest days I visit! This is my 5th time staying. The only thing missing is a swimming pool! And lastly the coffee machine are on point! Not having to rush and find coffee in the morning is a great plus!

Food was very yummy, staff was very helpful, polite and professional, rooms are very modern and beautiful, everything is close by and they offer airport pick up and drop off!! Complete Breakfast daily.
