It was super clean and in a very good location. Staff was very friendly. Parking is secured but it can be tough to find a spot if they are booked, luckily you can leave your keys and they will move it for you if they have to.

there were other guests that came back to the hotel from a party around 2 AM they were very noisy and no one from the staff tried to quite them

It’s a nice property and pretty rooms are spacious.

Only bad thing was the first day the room smelled like humidity but the next 2 days after the cleaning lady went it was very neat.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Food and shopping is walking distance

There was no breakfast buffet like the pictures. Bathroom was very small and not private.

Stayed here for a whole week, the receptionist are very kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean and well maintained, the area around is very nice , supermarket near by, Mercado de todos just down the street, laundromat also down the street as well as allot of places to eat nearby, very nice place to stay

There were recent shooting at the hotel done by criminal gangs, police was strongly present for protection of the venue.

nice clean entrance with cold air inside every space except first floor was humid. I had two queen bed room very spacious room with updated tv with cable nice shower very private my family like this hotel I fully recommend to anyone

to my perspective the front desk or anyone that works there should at least know or recommend a place to go eat or have fun all I got was I don’t know

I really like how it’s very clean , the staff is very friendly. The rooms are a very good size. Bed s is comfortable. I like that their is a soriana, mercado para todos, a candy place called dulfi. Their is also an oxxo walking distance , their is a taco stand at the corner , also places to eat that are of walking distance .

I normally sleep with two pillows wish they had more available in the rooms

It was a peaceful and quiet night. I really appreciate the quietness.

The beds are very hard and firm.
