Decent location. Housekeeping staff was friendly, front desk staff was okay. Room had fridge and microwave, as well as decent channels on the tv.

The floor of our room was VERY dirty. I walked from the bathroom to the bed barefoot and my feet were almost black (I had just showered). Also, the wifi wasn’t working for the first day and a half we were there, which is included in the price, so that was a bummer. Also, no iron or ironing board which is pretty typical for motels/hotels.

The property location was perfect for our needs and right off I5. The location was quiet and we had no issues.

Rooms are newly updated, but some floor panels were broken/puffed up possibly due to water damage. This wasn’t a big issue but made us take a double look to make sure we didn’t slip. Most likely the floor panel was not water proof, hence the damage.

I stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks with my family. The staff at the front desk and cleaning service staff were very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Close to the 5 interstate, close to border. there are taco shops and grocery stores close by. There is a McDonalds and gas station you can walk to (almost in the same parking lot) We felt safe and we had no problems. I would like to add that the hotel manager is very nice and very involved in the property. I saw him almost everyday walking the property, checking rooms, cleaning and doing maintenance. I would stay here again.

For what we needed, the Valli Hi was fine. It is a no frills facility, but it was clean and the service was friendly.

The room was booked for two but the linens provided were only for one. It would have been more convenient if the room was stocked for two instead of having to request the extra linens.

The floor was disgustingly dirty, walking from one end of the room to the other was gross, housekeeping never moped ever!! Bed was so hard it gave us bruises ouch!!

This is a good spot to just sleep for the night. Nothing fancy but it's clean, the beds are comfortable, has outlets for your devices. Office is staffed 24/7 if you need to check out super early. Some highway noise, so earplugs are good to have. Yes, they make you leave a deposit for any damage, or in case you don't turn the TV remote back in when you check out. I'm sure they would rather not have to do that, but it's one of the least expensive hotels around and I'm sure they need some way to hold people responsible. Just takes a minute to turn it back in the next morning. Would stay again.

Found the room attractive, clean, and comfortable. Nice plank floors. We liked having a microwave and small fridge in our room. The room had an up to date heat pump that functioned well.

The tile around the tub was really nice, a fairly new toilet, nice long counter around the sink, but the tub and sink themselves were really old and needed replacing and the bathroom needed painting.

I thought the bed was very comfortable. It was clean and you have a competitive price.

The air-conditioning fan was a little loud. I did not mind, it was a good white noise to help me sleep.

Love The Room and Absolutely love The Staff in the Front office and The Housekeeping...So Very Happy With our Stay...Love House The Beach is not Far of a Drive.
