The Studio 6 Suites is very close to the freeway, and there are places to eat nearby. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was about 10 to 15 minutes away from the CBX border crossing location, which made it convenient to pick up our uncle and return to the Studio 6 Suites to rest. This location was very nice (exceeded our expectations) for the nightly price.

It would have been nice to have wash towels (I call them wash rags) to clean up with. There was only one piece of soap that had to be moved between the shower and the sink outside the shower. None of these are that big of a deal - it still was a nice surprise how nice the place was for the price.

The room was very clean. Everything looked new and fresh. Orlando was very helpful at the front desk and helped me with directions around town. I was hesitate about being so close to the border , but the area looked safe and I did not have any problems.

The only problem is the outlet by the bed did not charge my phone, but there was other outlets in the room so it was not a big problem.

Location is closer to a big mall and eateries. Neighborhood is quiet and feels comfortable to walk during the day.

The amenities were not so accessible. In my stay there the coffee machine there was no carafe. The fridge was in the floor due to physical condition I can’t reach that low. Again I was not available to me. No spoons, forks or knives. I went to registration office and didn’t have any as well.

Great front desk staff. Very friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We did have an issue where the smoke detector was beeping, but I figured it out and called the front desk so the maintenance guy could put a new battery in in the morning. At this price range, this hotel is unbeatable.

My wife and I have become regular guests here because we have been unable to find a hotel close to this area that offers more quality at this price point, or a little above. Great location, wonderful reception staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the shower heads are great with lots of water pressure.

The property is clean, well kept, no funky smells or anything. Felt safe, it is well lit at night, no homeless or anything. The front desk staff was very nice and super helpful! Great location is very easy to find and to access the freeway/ border etc. the rooms are clean, stocked with necessities and pretty comfortable. Slept like a baby.

Great location. Next to the border with Mexico. The room was adequate but had a musty smell. Overall, it was ok and a good value for the price. Its location is very good if your plans include crossing the border.

Loved how this particular Motel 6 was one of the most cleanest yet ,good area, a bit far but good.

They just had 1 towel in the room and it was 2 of us. Other then that. We got a good room WITH HOUSEKEEPING.

Location is very easy to find, there’r convinient store nearly, also u can get there by bus 😉, very clean, the stuff so friendly, in general I’ll stay next time

Probably the noise of the bathroom it was kind of loudy 😓
