Great location, not much traffic around the area, everything is close by like pharmacy, convenience stores, barbershop tire shop, gyms and a bunch of restaurants. They provide a lot of useful things like a mini stove, and iron and even dishes. If you ain't picky this is a really good place to stay for an affordable price. Pluses: Functional AC/ heater Fans Decent T.V service Wifi Sofa cama Stove, fridge, dishes, microwave, iron and even a desk. Taco stand that closes at 2am around the corner.

The only couple of things I didn't like was that I saw few small roaches around. Their parking lot is pretty much the plaza's parking spaces so you be lucky if you find one. The housekeeper gives a little bit of attitude and they didn't provide a second set of towels, maybe you have to request more? Small details but you can't go wrong if you aren't a picky mf.

The kitchenette was perfect. It came equipped with a blender, coffeemaker, utensils, etc. The bedroom was in a separate room, the sofa pulled out into a double bed and the bathroom sink was clear glass (just beautiful). It was like a compact one bedroom apartment! The price was a little more than other hotels in the area, but you get a lot more for the money. We liked it so much that we booked for two more days! The area is very convenient. It's between Centro and Playas and close to the Via Internacional. There are shops, restaurants and two grocery stores within walking distance.

Check out was a little awkward. There was no one to take the keys, no secure drop box inside and it was necessary to have the keys to get in/out of the front door. One strange thing, our room didn't have any windows. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment at the price of a hotel.

Location was distant and on a hill on the West Side of Tijuana. It was surrounded by restaurants and many other resources needed to make my stay comfortable. The coffee shop next door was nice. The supermarket nearby was fantastic. The facilities were nice and comfortable.

The only thing that did not work was the Heat in the Apartment. It was winter and it was a little cool. I stayed bundled up but it was not unlivable.

Easy to get to: take the freeway exit, go through the roundabout(s), and it's right there on the corner! If you see a building with "hotel" on the wall, that's where to exit the roundabout. Make sure to use the first driveway (east) for entry and the second driveway (west) for exit; ignore the entry/exit signs. Park anywhere, and use the same parking lot for the duration of your stay. It's a tiny strip mall flanked by a hotel and the Suites del Sol. The latter will be on the left; go to the door with the Sol sign (it doesn't say "suites"). Ring the doorbell; they do speak rudimentary English, and will be expecting you. The suites are basic, but comfortable: a living room with sofa-bed and kitchenette, and a bedroom. To cook, turn on the propane stove under the sink; you might need to have your own ignition source for the burners. Trash is collected every day. #1 thing to remember: lock the facility's outside door every time, on your way in and on your way out!

Air conditioning is only in the bedroom.

Location was extremely convenient and easy to find. Facilities were clean, furniture was comfortable, and climate control was well functional. Service was prompt whenever needed, and management was accommodating to reasonable needs. Price was excellent! I wasn't expecting the quality I experienced, relative to what I paid.

The double-roundabout bridge can be hard to navigate. "Suites" is not in the name of the hotel on the sign above the door, and there's another hotel in the same complex; that makes it confusing to know whether one really has found the correct location.

The people were very kind and the place was a great value and next to great places to eat and have fun

It was a little dirty but I booked last minute so they might have cleaned the room when I arrived to accommodate me

The AC cools the whole place, it has no windows at all so after you turn off the lights it always looks dark, is perfect.for people. who work at night and need to sleep during the day. Just make sure you set up your alarm because if you don't, you definitely won't be able to wake up.

No assign parking, the few parking spots for the plaza tend to be very crowded so you can't always find parking

It's a mini one bedroom apartment, not a room. It has a mini fridge, a 4 burner stove, and all the appliances necessary. The bed is comfy, the bedroom space is adequate and the shower was wonderful.

There is no front desk. Check in is by appointment and we only got one key.

Nice and cozy place to stay. Booked at the last minute and got a good price. Only 15 minutes from downtown Tijuana.

The room needed to be aired out due to slight mildew situation.

Everything you might need to get away is close. Stores, restaurants, groceries, copy shops, etc.
