The room has a good Samsung tv and a very comfortable bed, if you’re okay with minimal space but a luxury feeling for a cheap price then this is the spot for you. Especially if you’re traveling for work or just in and out of the city I would recommend here. And I can say everything is cleaner than most hotels

Shared Bathroom, I feel like everyone should have there own privacy

The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom and kitchenet were also great. The location was also very convenient, the district has a very nice ambient and cool restaurants.

Since there is no reception at the property I thing they should more information visible at the main entrance, such as the wifi, emergency phone and maybe provide some maps of the city for guests to take. The room was a bit noisy, but with earplugs I sleep without any issues.

Hotel Zindel is right around the corner from Little Italy so the location is extremely convenient. This hotel is very clean and although the experience checking in was virtual, it was very easy and communicated throughout the process and answered any questions I had via text.

Parking in the area is very limited.

Awesome great location right next to little Italy and downtown and of course the airport. Check in was super easy they emailed me a code to get into the hotel and my room. No complaints I’ll definitely be staying here again .

The hotel is located in Little Italy and walking distance to restaurants and the marina. The rooms were clean, and the housekeepers were friendly.

I wish there was an option to check in starting at 3 pm. and check out at 11 am. like most hotels rather than the 4pm check-in and 10 am check-out. Another dislike was the codes that were given didn't all work, and there's no one in the property to help you when issues like that happen. I understand that they do this to save money from having people run the hotel, and although the idea of giving security codes to keep the hotel and guest safe is good. I think it would be great if they at least had a part-time front desk to help when issues like that happen right away rather than calling the number and explaining over the phone what the issue is as you wait outside. It's not a good first impression.
