The location and bed was very comfortable! The hotel is close to Little Italy center with a lot of restaurants and pizza places but the prices were very expensive! It’s difficult to find the street parking but the hotel provides parking for $25!

No free parking! It’s not a luxury hotel to pay $25 a night!

Free wifi, fridge and microwave in the room. Property is in Little Italy and close to many shops, restaurants, even the trolley lines for further exploration.

The property charges a daily fee for using the room safe. I've stayed here before and don't recall this charge but was informed by the property that I paid last time also (I will have to check my statements for this). When checking in for this stay, there was no mention of a fee to use the room safe so I was caught off guard by a charge that I hadn't expected. Though minimal in cost, it's principle to advise guests of every charge that could incur. It was disclosed, however, that the damage deposit would be released upon inspection of the room after check out and that the wifi was complimentary.

The location is excellent in Little Italy. Also not far from the attractions in the harbor. The hotel is small but clean and well run. The room is quite small but it has everything you need.

The safe in the room didn't work. After I left, my credit card was unexpectedly charged 8 USD. I asked why via Booking.com and received the answer: "This charge is for the safe in the room. By any chance did you use it?". After I wrote back that I hadn't used the safe and it didn't work, the 8 USD was refunded.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore San Diego—it’s right in the heart of Little Italy, one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. The trolley station is just a few blocks away, making it easy and affordable to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to offer tips on where to go and how to get there. My room was spotless upon arrival, which made settling in that much more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Right in the heart of San Diego's Little Italy. It was extremely easy to walk to the harbor or anywhere in Little Italy very quickly. Pet friendly. Friendly staff made checking in extremely easy. A quiet and safe area of San Diego.

No breakfast options at the hotel. View from the room was non-existent. Another downside was parking, though San Diego has some decent free parking opportunities, it can be difficult to secure. The hotel offers overnight parking at a nearby parking garage, but the cost was honestly comparable to many other overnight parking options that weren't attached to a "special" offer by staying at a hotel in the vicinity.

We had a great stay here, the location is fantastic. I'd definitely recommend for anyone visiting San Diego to stay in Little Italy, it's very walkable and felt safe, it has a great atmosphere even at night with lots of cafes and restaurants and people out enjoying themselves. The hotel itself was also great, there was always someone at the desk to welcome you, it smelled really good and our room was really comfortable, clean and modern. The bed was comfy, the air-con was good and quiet, the bathroom was a good size and had modern fittings and complementary toiletries. The room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, a safe and usuals like hairdryer and ironing board etc. Nothing was missing!

Nothing really, if I was really nit-picking I'd say the towels could do with being a little bigger! Ther neighbourhood isn't super quiet, but not like a party hub like the gaslamp quarter. There was a church bell that went off quite regularly but at really random times.

Loved the convenience of the location of the hotel. Literally in the middle of Little Italy and walking distance to all of the action! From shopping to dining, everything was just around the corner from the hotel.

Parking. Having to find parking is a major struggle especially on the weekend. If you're lucky, you may be able to find something, but it did take us about 30 mins or more to find street parking for free to avoid the $25 a night parking fee in the structure three blocks from the hotel.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed, located in a nice area less than 10 minutes from Balboa Park. The staff is extremely kind and friendly!

The Wi-Fi wasn’t very fast, and there was only a tiny sofa (for one person), so it wasn’t ideal for eating or watching TV—even though there’s definitely enough space for a larger sofa (like the one shown in the photos) and even a small table. Additionally, the listing mentions parking, but it’s just street parking with limited spaces available.

LOCATION!!! Very convenient to the waterfront and several restaurants and shops. It is frustrating that you have to pay extra for parking but understandable and that area. And the parking is at a discount compared to most other areas and in a very safe and nice garage not too far away.

Definitely could use an upgrade, especially the bathroom! Our bathroom door was crooked and should probably be replaced. The shower needs more water, pressure! It trickles down like a gentle waterfall from the top of the ceiling, which is very strange.

Check-in was great and allowed us to leave our luggage with them until our rooms were ready
