Warm welcome and care from professional delivered with geniality and care. The location was ideal for the type of stay we wanted and the new swimming pool afforded a large measure of relief from the high summer heat. The cuisine in the restaurant was excellent and great value for money and the wine list was broad and affordable. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

They've got a new swimming pool for the guests. It was a surprise because it was not already listed as a facility on Booking. The staff was friendly and dog friendly for sure. You are at 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. The room is spacy and clean.

Everything was perfect. The only thing we could say as less positive is the taste of the tap water. Different from other places in Acquitaine. And less tasty.

Exceeded our expectation, both in terms of the hugely comfortable and massive bed as well as the excellent evening meal. The staff were all attentive and helpful, while the room was superb with great sea views and a large terrace. We would certainly recommend and will return when in the area again.

Very nice hotel 2 minutes from the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast and dinners were good. Plenty of parking available with cctv Definitely recommend for the price!

Superb location so close to the beach and just a short distance to Soulac. All staff were very pleasant and helpful all of the time. Breakfast was very good, we always sat on the outside terrace. The evening restaurant food was excellent with good choices. Our deluxe room had a large terrace and a good view, the room could have been a little bigger but no complaints.{ air con would have been perfect]!

Great restaurant and in particular the breakfast choice and value for money was very good . Comfortable room and great terrace. It wasn’t particularly hot when we visited so the lack of air con wasn’t a problem but I wouldn’t want to stay here mid summer

The reception wasn’t manned until 4pm. Limited toiletries

The staff was great and really helpful. Actually, the stuff is the greatest part of this hotel: thanks to them, all other minor inconveniences were easily resolved.

The ventilation in our room (we had one on the first floor) - there was basically no ventilation and we had to keep the window open. The mattress in our room was also quite old.

Welcoming staff very helpful, restaurant food was excellent as was the breakfast and afternoon cocktails. Location was perfect a very short walk to local beach and a longer walk into busier Soulac-sur-Mer.

The accommodation was very what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and polite. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others Nous etions enchantes par l'acceuil, service et gentillesse du personel.

Exceptionally helpful, friendly staff. Good restaurant serving interesting Thai take on French food. Marvellous location a stone's throw from the beach.

A pity the pool was not finished, it would be the icing on the cake.
