Everything!!!! It was our fist night stay in Sardinia and Gianni make us feel soo welcome and like home!! House is stunning! Clean!! Big rooms, good location. Breakfast....can't describe! Our kids gets fresh pancakes, fresh fruts, yoghurt, local honey...we will come back 100%!! Love it!!

Excellent comunication, nice house away from all the hustle and bustle. With safe parking on a non busy dead end street. Host is super kind, gave a lot of useful information for our trip and helped us with parking locations in nearby Oristano. Super comfortable room and bathroom with a traditional breakfast.

Breakfast was abundant. Host prepared our fsvourite as soon as we srepped in the kitchen area. Felt like part of the family. Host was very helpful with places to visit and showedbus the best way to travel along the island

VeryA very convenient large parking lot right next to the house. The hosts were great. We felt like family members. The breakfast was delicious, in an Italian style. Delicious coffee and homemade jams for breakfast (from their own lemon tree).

Gianni is a very good host. He went out of his way to help us wash our rental car. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Private bathroom nearby the room. Very clean. Breakfast was good and Gianni and Eva went out of their way to give us a varied breakfast. A very pleasant stay.

Host is amazing person! Very helpful, kind and respectful! We loved the room, stay and breakfast. Everything was clean, proper and nothing disturbed us. I strongly recommend this place to stay for everyone who wants to experience kind local stay.

Gianni is an outstanding host. He gave us very useful indications about the locations to visit. We learned Sardo the Sardinian language. Our stay was like being in the family home. Fantastic breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent. Gianni, the host, exceeded expectations with homemade pancakes and the apricot-like fruit provided from his own trees in the back yard. Very informative and helpful as to local excursions. Great conversations with the other guests over breakfast.

Location was off the beaten path but found it eventually. Likely GPS problems.

Nice and welcoming host Gianni, room and bathroom was spacious, new airconditiong was working well, parking right near the entry doors, quiet street, good breakfast.

Bathroom was at the evening full of mosquitos, even with the mosquito net in the window. Tv was not working well, but it was not a big deal. Tips for improvement: replace old towels with new ones, empty trash more often.

Everything was perfect. Gianni is a very good person who know recieve the guests. Hé is very kind and jovial and explains with passion the places to visit. The breakfast IS very good.
