Very clean, well kept, and an excellent hard working staff.

There were people on the floor above making ridiculous amounts of banging and running noises until about 11pm and then the noise started up again at about 6:45 the next morning. I know the staff shouldn't be requested to do policing duties, however this was some of the loudest noise I've ever experienced in a motel room and I just bit the bullet and lived through it. I didn't raise a complaint because it wouldn't have been fair to ask the hard working staff to police people who obviously don't know how to behave in a public setting.

Glad to see the thermostat no longer has a glowing, bright blue light, as many Hampton Inns have had in our past stays. Very comfortable and clean room. Breakfast is always very good at Hampton Inns!

All was great. (I answered a survey last month, and I wonder why it did not go through?)

I stay here every time I travel to visit my parents. It's well located, clean, friendly staff good breakfast, they can roll in a twin bed if needed when I travel with my kids and it's pet friendly.

The bed was real stiff. I like a softer bed, hot tub doesn't work. And no bacon at breakfast. Nothing major at all and mostly personal preference

The property was very clean and quiet. It was in a great location and there was a nice little coffee shop/restaurant that was open late!

For us, the mattress was too firm.

There wasn't a bell at front desk to alert someone to come to front desk. So, had to wait more than a few minutes for someone to arrive.

The Cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Front desk staff were very friendly and wonderful. The food at breakfast was very satisfying.

The reason I didn't give you an excellent rating is because there was a lot of noise in the room above us. Kids kept running - I think the hotel should have been aware that families that have kids that will be running should not be put on second floor above someone. My husband and I had got away for the night because his mother had just passed away and we just needed a quiet space to relax but with the thumping upstairs didn't really help - but that may be why it was more frustrating to us then it usually would have been because we were just wore out and stress

Comfortable, accommodating, easy to access

Checking in was a nightmare. Worker at desk tried for an hour to check me in. I will not book through booking.com again. I will go straight to hotel website.

I had booked on line not through Hilton and my reservation did not come through on their side. They went above and beyond to accommodate me.

Heidi was awesome! Excellent customer service. Room was very nice. Awesome breakfast selection. Staff was terrific.
