Nice, modern building and very spacious room. Very kind staff everywhere. Good smell of a tree right besides our window. Good that towels’ heater in the bathroom was heating! A very good place to stop for short.

The most embarrassing was that water in the shower was going all around the bathroom-did not run well into sewage even after a short usage. And we found a used towel with red lipstick in the bathroom. Quite poor breakfast- three pies, cookies, muffins, many croissants, but no cutted fruits or vegetables, no rosters. A room in front of the street might be too noisy in the evenings.

Clean room every day, kind and friendly staff, nice breakfast, a lot choices for cakes, good coffee. Good was that the there was little fridge in the room.

The air condicioner is too loud in the night.

Location is nice, rooms are very comfortable and a nice breakfast. Staff is very pleasant. The strategic location with a good balance of the cost makes for me a nice choice when travelling around Venice.

When I first entered the room I thought it looked better than the photos I saw. It was clean and particularly structured. Comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly, helpful and with that extra care.

Hotel staff very nice. A short distance from the places we wanted to visit. Within easy reach of the beach. The breakfast was very good. We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Free parking space.

Pillows too thin, and a weird placement of the shower in the bathroom too close to the toilet.

Workers there was really polite and helpful. When they do not understand you, its not a problem, they will help you with hands. Rooms was clean, the view not so good, but not really interested in that :D
