The hotel is located right in the middle of harbor. The room was spacious and the breakfast was great. There was even a private beach within 5-10min walk for the hotel visitors with a dog beach. The parking of the hotel was right across the street and free of charge.

The walls of the room were a bit dirty and in the toilet room, all the water from the sink dripped down from the side of the sink so the floor was wet all the time.

We just had a fantastic holiday here! A very modern, clean, stylish property in an excellent location right by the marina which makes for stunning views from the balcony the pool was fantastic, as was the gym and the breakfast (great selection and very tasty; the coffee is excellent!). The rooms are spacious have plenty of storage and the bed is very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel even has a cute dog called Oliver. The parking right across the road is very convenient (you just need to know that you can drive right in when you arrive, they will validate your ticket every time you want to leave and go back in). Bicycles and beach facilities also included which is great, as well as parking at the beach club.

Nothing really. The only feedback I have to make things even better would be that a) the sofa bed could be more comfortable (I only found out at the end that they could have provided a topper, so why not put it on straight away?). b) provide some shelf or hanging basket in the shower for the toiletries so you don‘t have to bend down for them c) provide some more utensils in the kitchen, as well as tea towel, sponge and washing up liquid

The ladies at the reception were absolutely lovely. The pool was fantastic, with pleasantly heated water. It’s just a short walk to a beautiful town full of great restaurants.

The only disappointment was the restaurant located in the same building – it was overpriced, the food wasn’t great, and we waited over an hour for our meal. However, this is not the hotel’s fault, as the restaurant is independently operated. There’s an excellent pizzeria nearby that we highly recommend instead!

The apartment was great, spacious, fully equipped, cleaned everyday and the walls were unexpectedly thick (we never heard any other guests despite the hotel was fully booked). Staff was always extremely nice and helpful, breakfast was very delicious with wide choice (everything was fresh and continuously refilled). We used the hotel restaurant for dinners a few times and it was great as well. Hotel outside pool (heated), bicycles and nearby beach are additional plus. Frankly, it is our favourite hotel in Italy and we already booked another vacation there.

Lets start from location! The hotel located in the Yacht Club! When you opened windows you bumped to the yacht masts and sails . we were with a child so we really liked the heated pool, the pool can be said to have its own bar and they bring you drinks and snacks. The hotel provides bicycles with which you can ride to the beach or explore the town. hotel staff (in particular, the employee Rita served us, she was very nice, she thought about everything so that we would enjoy our stay. we arrived earlier and left later (of course we couldn't use the room, but we used the swimming pool, bathrobes, towels and bicycles and the parking lot even after check out time)

I think the hotel deserves 5 stars, so the requirements should be very high. That's why I wanted more choice at the breakfast 🍳 . And the hotel wanted it to be more fresher ( in terms of repairs )

Varied, very tasty breakfast, with hot and cold, sweet and salty dishes. Quiet neighbourhood, with free use of the bicycles everything is very easy to reach. Clean, uncrowded beach with a very good buffet and restaurant. Free umbrellas, sun beds, beach towels changed daily. The entire hotel is spotless, very clean and tastefully decorated. The restaurant serves local sea food, located in an elegant, beautiful environment.

There was no such thing. It would be great if half board was also available.

This is a superb hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We stayed in a suite which was extremely spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is dog friendly and even supplied a dog bed and bowls. Breakfast was served in beautiful room overlooking the marina. The selection of healthy food was amazing, even having fresh honeycomb for your yogurt, eggs and bacon and a wonderful array of pastries and cakes. Free secure parking is available across the road which is a great benefit. Unfortunately we were only staying one night on our trip and it wasn't enough to sample everything the hotel has to offer. We will definitely be back on an extended stay next time.

What didn't we like? Nothing everything was perfect.

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. And finally a hotel with proper (bigger than 0.1l) glasses for the juice for breakfast, so I didn't have to run for refill after every other sip.

Two details, but I am nitpicking here: 1. The bed lamp next to the main bed is not suitable for reading, it only lights the bed table. And the main light is too strong for reading in supine position. So I was doomed to scroll my phone after dark. ;-) 2. The kitchen in the suite is equipped fairly good, but a stirring (plastic or wooden) spoon would be very handy. And perhaps a bottle of detergent (does not have to be full) and a sponge, plus a roll of paper towels.

We did receive a free upgrade to our room to a suite so the review of the room is based on that experience. The room was very clean and spacious, way too big for just the two of us really but having two bathrooms is very convenient. Staff were extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options. We used the free bikes to get to the old town.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean, which made a great first impression. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view of the Bay and the sunset. A special thank you to Alice — we haven’t met someone so helpful and kind in a long time. Her assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated it!
