The location is very good, a few steps from the beach, the shopping and pedestrian area, with many restaurants and terraces around. The room is spacious, well equipped with everything necessary, in which we felt comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable, the linen and towels are white as milk foam. The breakfast is generous, with a variety of hot and cold dishes, everyone will surely find their favorite dishes. The staff is smiling and kind all the time. The owners are constantly present, they are totally involved and are attentive and caring for well-being of each guest. The beach of the hotel is Solo Sole and is a few steps away. It is clean, with fine sand and well-maintained. Here, there is their beach-restaurant where, throughout the day, you can enjoy delicious food, carefully prepared and refresh yourself with various drinks. The prices are decent. You can enjoy a bike ride to visit the beautiful Chioggia. The sunset over the lagoon, seen from the bridge, takes your breath away. The hotel, the staff team and all services exceeded our expectations. We recommend it with all confidence and you will definitely not regret choosing this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful, thanks to which we enjoyed our stay more. The breakfast was also great! There is plenty to choose from, both salty and sweet. The room was clean and comfortable - just like the photos. We paid 10€ per day for parking, where the car was safe behind gates. When arriving, we parked in front of the hotel, where they have a reserved spot when checking-in. After check-in you have to park at the proper parking. The hotel also offers umbrellas at the beach, which were also nice.

We could hear other guests talking a shower and flushing the toilets, as well as noises from the hallway. Maybe the walls are thin.

It was a new hotel , everything was new inside and clean. The breakfast was the best we ever had. The beach was so close. The town Chioggia was few minutes from the hotel. The stuff was very kind. They clean our room every day.

We had not a balcony. The view from window was not so good. We had 2 rooms but they were not next to each other but we do not mind. The room was not so big.

This hotel offered much more than we expected. We booked this place because of its location, short walking distance to the beach and the old town, and the private parking space. However, the owners are amazing and nothing was too much to ask. Rooms were newly refurbished and spacious. The best experience was the breakfast which was the best we have ever had, with great variaty of home-made dishes. We will definitely come back.

The breakfast was amazing, one of the best we have had in Italy, particularly considering the room rate. The showers are small and the rooms fairly basic in terms of furnishings but could not fault the details, it had everything we needed and was clean. Dropping off the bags and checking in was easy and carpark easy to get to. Great value.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are not very large, but the beds are comfy. (you don't really need large rooms, since you would like to be at the sea, rather then stay in bed in the room). The staff is very, very friendly and nice, ready to be of assistance, whenever you are in need. The breakfast was amazing, with all kind fruits, sweet and salty foods (even vitello tonnato), and last but not least.. Prosecco :) the hotel also has an agreement with the beach administrators, so you can reserve and pay your place on the beach directly from the hotel.

Wow, everything is about the people (staff), they were all, without exception, great. The gentleman and lady (I'm so very sorry we did not ask for their names!) running the hotel are just so good at making you feel welcome and relaxed. I'd not mentioned in the booking that my wife is Gluten Intolerent, but did so at check in where they noted this on their system. The breakfast is fantastic, with a great selection of juices, coffees, teas, salads, meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries, etc.! My wife was brought a tray of gluten free pastries and bread with jams. As well as this there were all the aforementioned meats, cheeses, fruit etc., and she was delighted with everything. The whole breakfast area was kept spotlessly clean. The location, for us, was great being close to the beach (fabulous!) and the bus stop to get to Venice. It is also close to various tour boats that you can get to tour the lagoon or go to Burano/Murano, etc. Our room was small. However, it was bright, clean and had a great bathroom and shower. Other than sleeping (comfy bed and pillows) we did not spend any time in it so really this had no impact on our enjoyment. They have a smallish outside bar area that we used on a couple of occasions at the end of the day, it was just nice to sit with a drink and reflect on the day. We both said that we would like to come back to Chioggia - and this hotel. Thank you again for the lovely helpful staff.

Good location <5 minutes to the beach, <15 minutes to the old town Chiogga. Very friednly and helpful staff. Thank you. Good value for the price. They provided us parking (5 EUR per day at the beach). They also provided us 2 rooms as we requested ( one signe double bed and 2 separate beds). There was water, kettle, coffee, tea. Standard breakfast.

Bathroom was small, I did not know where to put my hygienic products. You can also hear other guests while staying in the room.

I love the staff how friendly they were, and how they loved to help me. It was very easy to communicate with them and the breakfast rocked! I loved the area, a very lively neighborhood of Sottomarina. A very short walk to Chioggia where you can take a boat ride or just look at the beautiful buildings. I couldn't figure out the coffee machine and I felt badly because I wanted a cup of coffee so badly first thing in the morning. Honestly it wasn't that big of a deal because they were always willing to help. The hotel next door is being renovated so there was construction noise in the morning. It's okay since you're out and about exploring. At night the dishes rattle from the hotel restaurant next door but that's okay! At around 10:30 p.m. it's nice and quiet.

Nothing I disliked - just as a warning daily parking available 5 minutes by foot from the hotel (but not surveilled with cameras) - 7 euro per day. Beach 5 minutes away by foot in proximity of Bagni Serenella (sun umbrella and sun beds to be paid extra).
