The room was spectacular. Well appointed and comfortable with a large bathroom. The restaurant was exceptional the presentation and taste beyond expectations. The staff was very helpful with hotels introduction and directions.

The location is excellent and the staff very attentive at providing good directions. There need to be more awareness of vegan healthy lifestyles. very limited options for vegans.

Very friendly staff. Great location - a quieter part of Venice but only a 10 minute walk to St Mark's Square. Great bar that stayed open late. Very cool looking place.

The meals could have been a bit better. In particular it would have been good to have more choice at breakfast. The internal phones didn't work.

Ok so first and foremost the room was exquisite. Heated towels, cosy thick robes and a super comfy bed made it all scream five stars. We loved the breakfast!! We tried the sweet and the savoury continental as well as the avocado and salmon eggs Benedict and everything was exceptional! The cocktails (especially the Robert de Niro) were also simply beautiful with attention to detail (eg the hotel logo being stamped on the ice cube) very special. Concierge couldn’t have been more helpful booking us restaurants and helping us with our itinerary! The location too was easy to find and so convenient to all of the sights! This place is the perfect mix of luxury and design and yet it feels like a well kept secret. Thank you Palazzinna Grassi for a truly wonderful experience of Venice. It was unforgettable xx

An extra week stay

We love the interior design of this hotel, and room is very comfortable.

The location is not the closest to all the tourist spots, about 15min to St Marco, but line 2 water bus is right in front of the hotel. The drainage in our shower was clogged on the second night of our stay, the hotel staff sent someone to fix it quite fast.

Our third visit and all great as before. Wonderful staff.

The room we were given was small. Hotel,upgraded us for free to the room we had had before . Wonderful.

The building looked beautiful, the entrance also looked fabulous, and of course it was located on the grand canal. The breakfast was one of the tastiest our family has ever had, thanks to your chef Vito. He made our stay go above and beyond and he is the main reason we would like to come back apart from the room.

Perfect service!!!! Personal, attentionate , stylish… The design, decoration and atmosphere of the property makes it a very high end boutique in a quite but convenient location. Highly recommended

No spas…

The hotel was fabulous, very nice staff and the service was excellent! The place is really beautiful and it was in a great location in Venice, easy to walk to everything we scheduled while there.
