The reception staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel staff was very joyful, we got lots of smiles and "hellos" and we felt very welcome. The location is practical perfect for this area - the beach, the parking and also an Aldi are just across the street. Chioggia and restaurants are less than ten minutes away by foot. Sunbeds and parking have fees that you pay directly at the hotel reception.

This hotel is very close to the beach. We could see the sunrise from our room. We walked to Chioggia and it was very nice.

The hotel has parking place inside the beach's parking place. You have possibility for parking but it isn't private. There are lot of bicycle and motorcycle on the roads (nearly chaos).

Good hotel direct at the beach at great place. The breakfast was very good too. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea.

The bathroom is one step higher than the bedroom. You should watch your step.

A nice family hotel, rooms are refreshed, on the beach with plenty of bars and free bicycle rental to go around Chioggia and Sottomarina. Great breakfast. They have an agreement across the street for the parking, and it's very convenient.

If you are sound sensitive don't book a seaside room, bars are quite noisy at nights. We didn't mind and enjoyed the views :)

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and town. Room was spacious and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. And the breakfast is amazing. Such a big selection Italian and continental breakfast as well.

The rooms are not well isolated and the furniture and equipment are a bit outdated - shower was leaking for example.

The hotel is located right next to the beautiful beach, and close to shops and restaurants. Everything you need is close by. The beautiful town Chioggia, located on a small island, can be reached in a ten minute walk. The hotel exceeded the expectations I had when I booked it! The room I was given had a balcony with fantastic unobstructed sea views. It was a fairly small room but perfectly adequate to stay in, and the bed was large and comfortable. Good storage space. Minimal shower. Low price for the hotel room! I was able to park my motorcycle very safely in their enclosed parking space. The staff is friendly!

At one point, loud music was played late at night from a nearby club so that it was difficult to fall asleep, but in the end the music fell silent.

The hotel was right in the center of the city close to the beach. It was clean and the breakfast was very good with a lot of options.

For parking and beach facilities we had to pay extra (parking was 5€ a day and 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds were 15€ a day).

The beach is just across the road, the location was perfect with easy walking to both the town of Sottomarina and nearby Chioggia. The breakfast was excellent.
