Location was excellent, for a short stay, or 40 years younger. Right on the Sottomarina beachfront with all its restaurants, bars and amusement parkstraditional,older style hotel but clean, comfortable. My first experience of roller shutters. Breakfasts and coffee good. Owner even gave us a lift to the marina to pick up our hire boat. The staff were friendly. The location was excellent, 5 minutes to the bus station, supermarket, and beach.Chioggia was about 15-20 minutes Walk away.

It was a bit tired but clean. There were issues with hacking the booking and I had to contact the hotel to ensure the booking was safe.

The reception staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel staff was very joyful, we got lots of smiles and "hellos" and we felt very welcome. The location is practical perfect for this area - the beach, the parking and also an Aldi are just across the street. Chioggia and restaurants are less than ten minutes away by foot. Sunbeds and parking have fees that you pay directly at the hotel reception.

This hotel is very close to the beach. We could see the sunrise from our room. We walked to Chioggia and it was very nice.

The hotel has parking place inside the beach's parking place. You have possibility for parking but it isn't private. There are lot of bicycle and motorcycle on the roads (nearly chaos).

Good hotel direct at the beach at great place. The breakfast was very good too. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea.

The bathroom is one step higher than the bedroom. You should watch your step.

It was exactly what we wanted, a clean hotel, close to the beach, good breakfast, well-maintained room.

A nice family hotel, rooms are refreshed, on the beach with plenty of bars and free bicycle rental to go around Chioggia and Sottomarina. Great breakfast. They have an agreement across the street for the parking, and it's very convenient.

If you are sound sensitive don't book a seaside room, bars are quite noisy at nights. We didn't mind and enjoyed the views :)

Parking was safe and included in the price. Close to the beach. Booked a chair and umbrella through hotel. Very nice staff and clean room.

It was difficult to use balcony, due there was sunshine almost whole the day

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and town. Room was spacious and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. And the breakfast is amazing. Such a big selection Italian and continental breakfast as well.
