The property was just perfect in every possible way! The staff were so friendly and accommodating on every entrance & exit, there was nothing they wouldn’t do to see us happy! The rooms were stunning, and I have absolutely nothing to complain about! Location was fantastic right opposite the beach and just a short bike ride into chioggia, we hired bikes from the hotel for only €5 for the whole day!! Chioggia is a little town everyone must visit.. it’s like a Little Venice.. so pretty and full of lovely bars, restaurants & boutique stores! Breakfast was lovely with a big selection & lots of choice! The best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time by far!! Thankyou ❤️

Absolutely nothing whatsoever it was PERFECT!

Staff very accomodating and friendly, location opposite the beach at Sottomarina with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Short walk to Chioggia called the Little Venice with old buildings, canals and bridges. Harbour has a variety of tours by boat which are worth exploring.

Only complaint I have is the floor of the shower is very slippery when wet and you need to be careful.

Nice buffet breakfast, comfortable beds, very helpful staff, nice view from the roof terrace. Few steps from the beach, we enjoyed our stay.

Standard rooms are not very spacious, but acceptable size. The wardrobe did not have doors.

Everything was perfect, especially the customer service. The staff, and the owner all were very very friendly and really went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. 100% will visit again! The spa was very clean and had everything you needed to relax and decompress after a nice day at the beach.

The only thing I could think of and it's a stretch is, during breakfast there is only one coffee machine and we had to maybe wait a short time to get a coffee, but again, it wasn't that bad and the wait was a few minutes.

The service and staff was very courteous and friendly. Very customer orientated. The Location of the hotel as such quite ok. Only main street and longer distance to the beach is the only disatvantage. Breakfast was very good and there was a big selection of almost everything.

The use of air refrehening equipment or sprays in the rooms. All other things no complaint, everything else was perfect.

I just want to thank Giulia 🫶 and Nikola for everything, we had fun, room was beautiful, thank also for the breakfast staff , they were always nice and kind with big smile every morning, breakfast buffet was perfekt, we come again!!! ❤️❤️🙏🏻

Everything was perfect. We liked the most how dog friendly the hotel was and how attentive and friendly the staff was.

Nothing in particular

It was very clean and they have little details that make you happy. The spa is amazing and fair price. They welcomed us with our dog and treated her like a quern with amenities, bed and nice perks.

A wonderful modern and „smart“ hotel. The rooms are clean and well equipped and there was an expansive breakfast. As we visited off season we had no problem parking or visiting restaurants but I’m guessing summer may be different. I would definitely go back there again.

Staff were really helpful, room lovely and clean, spa and treatment excellent, breakfast buffet was super. Will look to book again, front balcony really worth it
