I absolutely loved staying here. I just finished my first year of medical school and finally got a chance to travel - this honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. On the way, I thought I was running late due to traffic in Italy and sent them a message, to which they quickly responded in such an understanding and accommodating way. All the good things I have to say? 1. To start with, the owners (a cute family) were SO nice. They waited for us outside so it took away the stress of trying to find out where the place was. They explained everything from parking to the details of our stay/ how to make ourselves comfortable. It truly felt wholesome and almost like we were part of their family. Their younger daughter greeted us and it melted my heart - she was so sweet. 2. I found out that they personally pay for the parking and it comes free with the room. It was only a short distance from the B&B and they let us park outside until we got situated. 3. They have this cute area downstairs where you can grab a drink (water, beer, or anything else they might have in there) for free. They emphasized to “make ourselves at home.” It was so thoughtful and cute. 4. They had breakfast set up and ready for us at the time we stated. 5. It was VERY clean and cute overall. If you want to add to your experience in Italy, do it here. You’d be supporting a cute, very nice family. It genuinely felt like they were our friends. It was clean, they were respectful and prompt, and everything was just so perfect. It makes my heart so happy.

Absolutely wonderful place! Interior is renovated and has a feel of a traditional, well kept and clean house. Lots of details which make the whole stay a pleasure. Well thought out bathroom with specious shower. Comfortable bed, a place for a luggage. Charming kitchen at the first floor where you can eat your Italian breakfast or even some ham and cheese if you’re up to it ;) They give you a parking card to safely park your car at the the big municipal parking 10 minutes away from the B&B. We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful and charming B & B. The rooms are very comfortable, cozy and beautifully decorated, with a lot of love and care. Graziella and Umberto were the warmest and kindest people we encountered during our entire trip to Italy! We felt truly at home and will definitely visit again.!

I can’t thank enough the owners for making our stay unforgettable. Everything was just perfect. We felt nearly as members of the family. The house is perfectly located, safe parking is nearby, the room was spotless clean, comfy and nicely done, perfect bathroom. Beautiful breakfast and unforgettable hospitality. We travel quite a lot, but this was definitely number one. See you again, hopefully soon.

We had a wonderful experience. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The location was excellent and the property was exceptionally clean. It's the perfect gateway to visit Venice. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back.

Best BnB we have stayed in. Excellent hosts, very good living conditions.

The wifi was not as strong as it should be on our floor. It may be something to do with the building itself or the positioning of the router.

A cozy, home-like B&B with great owners. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious and the hosts super helpful and kind. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Everything was great.

Graziella is a wonderful host that makes you feel at home immediately. The location is perfect in Chioggia, close to everything including the boat from Venice. Our dogs (well behaved, but three of them) were welcomed by her too. The rooms are decorated in a very thoughtful manner with unique touches everywhere. When we come back to Chioggia, we will definitely stay there. We travel twice a month, so we know lodging!!!
