Nice hotel in downtown Whitehorse. Very good. Staff great!! Got in very late as our flight was delayed. Never got to use any services. Shower/bathroom was very good and clean. Beds comfortable. All-day Breakfast at Ricky's Restaurant attached to the Inn was very, very good. Paid extra for it. Asked for Noon checkout due to our 01:30 arrival and they accommodated us willingly with no charge. Much appreciated.

I think the rate was a bit high for what we got, but I guess all accommodations these days are charging higher rates. Other than that, everything was just fine.

Convenient. Easy to find. A short walk to a beautiful park.

There was no sign on the entrance so we drove around the block trying to find the office. Parking wasn't great and the room itself was small and cramped. The bathroom was nice though. It appeared as if Quality bought the building and then tried to make it into a Quality Inn. It simply wasn't my usual experience with Quality Inns.

Could walk to just about any place in Whitehorse.

Sister could only book 3 nights, when we checked in they said it would not be a problem to get 2 more nights on the weekend. When she asks Saturday AM. None available. I used a different site and got her one in the hotel.

The location is great, close to everything. It is an older building that has been well taken care of over the years. The room was spacious and had everything you would need. Very quiet.

If they up graded to higher toilets, that would be great for us seniors.

I liked the clean comfortable room and the friendly smiling girl when I checked out. I like the fact I could bring my pet.

When I checked in the person on duty was not friendly or welcoming. I thought I got a receipt for my stay, but I only got a receipt for the pet charge.

They are really helpful and cooperative. I needed more time to stay at hotel to work, they provided great support.

Reasonable room at a reasonable rate. I usually stay here when I need to spend a night in Whitehorse. Better than other similarly priced alternatives.

Nothing really, I have stayed there multiple times and knew what to expect. Quiet comfortable rooms.

the carpet was wet when we checked in, like someone had sprayed it down to clean it. slight smell of pet urine was noticeable.
