The hotel is located inside the train station building but surprisingly, there is no problem with noise at all. Our room was comfortable and just right in terms of size and facilities. Cleanliness was outstanding everywhere. Breakfast was excellent, great choice of savoury and sweet options, everything very fresh. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy level walk to the lake (2 minutes) and numerous shops for tourists. Immediate access to train connections to many places in the Black Forest for hiking purposes.

Free parking is a 5 to 10 minute walk away with parking to unload near the entrance to the hotel possible (remember to draw a ticket for 15 minutes free parking at the machine, though! We were reminded to do so by a friendly traffic warden).

Very friendly staff, Mladen was very, very helpful and did an amazing job helping me to organize balloons and flowers (that I ordered from a garden store) for my partner, and the extra things they did to our room to make it more special! He made our stay fantastic 11/10! The breakfast was also delicious! Room was very clean, location for us was perfect (at a train station but wasn’t too loud). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! No complaints

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The location right on the train station is a great base to see the surroundings, there is a bus stop right outside and if you stay more than one night you get a transport pass.Lots of choice at breakfast. After a day of doing activities you can come back and relax in the sauna upstairs.

Fab location when arriving by train - very quiet despite being next to tracks. Cafe opposite was fantastic. Cards for free tourist travel were a real bonus. Walkable to the spa

No Coffee or Tea or Minibar in the Room. Getting a Tea at Reception for 3.80€ is just abstract and way too expensive.

The best location in Titisee. The rooms were pretty large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and varied. The team at the front desk was really helpful and kind.

Parking near the hotel cost 15 euro’s for a 3 day. The free parking if it’s available is all across the block. 10 min walk. There wasn’t a safety box in the room’s so passport was always with us. No refrigerator in the rooms. Only at shared one in the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, but surprisingly quiet at night. Additionally, the beautiful Lake Titisee and the popular Badeparadies thermal baths are just a short walk away, making it a great base for exploring the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the spa facilities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, who were always available to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's restaurant was also a highlight of the stay - the food was absolutely delicious.

Beautiful and modern hotel in a beautiful location. Room was spacious with a large shower. The hotel is very eco friendly so there is no airco but a ventilation system that does the job. Additionally there is no mini fridge is the room but a shared fridge in the hallway, you can get a locked box for your items.

There are no doormats so when I went hiking I could not clean the dust of my shoes before entering.

The breakfast spread was very good. The staff was well informed about the tourist attractions near by and very helpful in suggesting places and on how to get there. The check in process was very smooth and the staff was very friendly.

Amazing! They out a small carpet and toys for the kid and this made us feel very welcome! Amazing service and looking forward to come back !

The bed was a bit too hard. A pilow top would fix this!
