I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel – it exceeded all my expectations! What impressed me the most was the stunning interior design. Every detail, from the elegant furniture to the thoughtfully chosen colors and lighting, created a warm and luxurious atmosphere. It truly felt like staying in a boutique gallery. What also made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made me feel welcome and well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The breakfasts were another highlight. Offered a beautifully presented buffet with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and unforgettable stay!

What a great experience! I all fairness the location and the outside of the building made us fear for our stay a little. But what a gem of a hotel. Great communication before arrival, super friendly, well equipped and quiet room although we were in the front. And what a fabulous breakfast!! Well above and beyond our expectations!!

As mentioned the hotel is just outside of the city and might not appeal to everyone from the outside, BUT don't let that put you off. This is a good example of looking past first impressions.

We stayed at ONIRO as a base when going to the rugby in Lille. Not only was it hugely better value than staying in Lille itself the rooms were beautiful, luxurious and spotless. Everything has been thought of and the beds were lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was also great. The people running ONIRO went above and beyond to help us with everything including shuttle rides to the station, organising a taxi home from Lille for us and a last minute restaurant booking at Le Greco (run by the same people as the hotel) on a busy Saturday night where the food was brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you to you all.

I was not very impressed by the location and surrounding but it was clean and felt safe and that is the main thing I suppose

I received an unusually warm and personal reception. As a frequent traveler, this really stood out. Within minutes of dumping my kit in my room, I was presented with a refreshing Prosecco and a lovely plate of Greek delicacies. Wonderful!

The property was lovely. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Gorgeous large windows overlooking the town. Very clean with everything of a very high standard. They had thought of everything there were even toothbrushes in the room. There is also a minibar.

If you are planning to stay in Tournai, ONIRO is the perfect go to place! The building is very nice, charming and clean. The rooms smell amazing, its like entering a Spa and the bed is just heavenly. The breakfast is delivered right to your room (no amextra charges for the room delivery) and is fresh and very tasty. The owners are lovely. Overall a very pleasant stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The couple running it were extremely friendly and welcoming. The bubbles and appetizer platter upon arrival were a nice touch and the breakfast spread was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Sumptuous breakfast brought to the room; lovely calm, well decorated room, super clean and all amenities including air con and a beautiful bathroom, netflix on the TV etc etc.

We loved it all, particularly the attention to detail and attentiveness of the staff. The bed/pillows were just a little hard....
