The garden is beautiful. When the hosts have no guests it probeably is a nice place to stay.

The description on the Booking-site is false. The room is not soundproef - on the contrary. They had dinner guests both nights (first night 12 people) and we had to wait untill the guests were gone before we could sleep. The second night was somewhat better, but still every voice, shoestep, moving chair, the water supply system when they use their toilet etc. was heard. You can use an "executive room" and there is a "living room" mentioned, but that is in both cases the (same) sittingroom of the owners. The Booking-info also speaks of a refrigerator and microwave, but those are the ones of the owners in their kitchen. Who wants to use a sittingroom or kitchen when the owners are preparing for / have their guests there? The hosts made their excuses, but did not offer a refund: "Normally we don't have guests when we have a booking". (We made this booking weeks in advance!) Although in a politeway, they tried to make us feel ashamed of our experience by claiming: "You are the first guests ever with this problem." The toilet works not with normal flushing and needs extra handling. "If nothing helps, fill the little bucket with water or call my husband." The bathroom is small and if you are above 1.80 your head will be against the rainshower.
