We really enjoyed our few days stay. The hotel was quiet and comfortable with quite a laid back feel, which suited us. It is in the centre of Andenes so convenient for the whale safaris and a short drive to the Puffin Safari. Breakfast was fine although not as extensive as some places. It had more than enough for us though and there is a tea/coffee machine accessible 24/7. We had an accessible room by chance as we didn't request one and it was roomy with excellent shower/toilet facilities. We can't comment on the other rooms available. Happy to recommend.

Andenes is a small town and quite remote. The hotel doesn't do evening meals and we were there over a holiday weekend, which limited food options and there were limited staff on duty. We only discovered this at the last minute and a bit of a heads up when we checked in would've been useful. There is a mini market opposite and some restaurants were open but opening hours were limited.

Amazing hotel very well located, modern and no complications. Very fair breakfast, amazing staff, nice jacuzzi and gym. Even laudry we can do!

There was dust rolling from under the bed and the bed in general is really bad. There is no matress and what is there in this function is poorly too damn soft. The back makes a curve, the body sinks. Maybe for a couple of nights it's OK, but we spent a week and from day 4 ahead, my lower back was ruined. Also, the duvet cover and pillow case are way too bigger than the filling. They separate all the time. But if we ignore the horrible bed, all the hotel is pretty amazing. Amazing staff, fair breakfast (always the same, but fair for Norwegian standards), very modern and no complications.

The most wheelchair friendly accommodation that we have encountered. The room was fully automated with code access. It was very spacious and the bathroom was so big. It was completely opposite with the last accommodation that we stayed. It has free coffee for the whole day. The front desk girl was so helpful and friendly. It has a free laundry service. Bed was perfect and soft. Parking is right next door. The breakfast was good too.

The most amazing and friendly staff! The front desk was welcoming and provided all the information needed. Great suggestion of things to do and was helpful in making dinner reservation. THANK YOU! The room is very well designed and decorated. It is very clean. You could reserve the pool all to yourself with a timeslot allocated just for your party. Nice facility overall. It is in a great location.

Easy self-checkin, modern design, good breakfast, nice bathroom, very good blackout blinds in the room which is helpful in the time of midnight sun, easy to reach the ferry to Gryllefjord by foot (only 1km in walking), at least 2 decent restaurants very near to the accommodation, very clean rooms and common areas.

We loved everything about our stay here! Super comfortable bed, great shower/bathroom, entire room very big and space for everything and great location!

Silly use of technology - electric outward opening room door meant we had to wait to see if the door closed. Also the WC was electronic and sprayed water at me!

Very nice and renovated hotel. It's in walking distance from the main attraction from Andenes. The room was cozy, although a little small.

There is practically no one working there (only in the morning). There is not really much to do in the town, not many restaurants, so, it's a pity that the hotel does not offer a bar / restaurant service for dinner.

Great location near the center of town, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around. There is a basic gym in the basement - a nice surprise. Basic but delicious breakfast. Modern, stylish hotel, very comfortable. Plenty of free parking outside.

Very close to the ferry. Beautiful hotel & room. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with a great variety.

Would have given it a 10 if the storage surfaces & under the bed were recently wiped/dusted. Dust stuck to clothes after unpacking it on the shelves
