The hotel is beautifully decorated, they kindly offered a free sea view and breakfast upgrade. The room was very nice and comfortable. The shower was good. Laundry service on site was good for 40,000 dong per kg, my clothes were well taken care of. The restaurant food was pretty tasty, ala-carte breakfast with good options and filling. The hotel is close to the food court and bars. However as others have mentioned the beach here isn't so nice. The hotel helped to organise my onwards transfer. Thank you overall a really great stay!

The pool area is a little tired, and covered over so the pool is quite cold as it doesn't get any sun.

I loved the unique decor of this hotel which really made me feel at home. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable room that gets cleaned every day. The hotel has a pool and a nice restaurant in African style where you can get lots of different dishes. It’s located in quite a good neighborhood, where I especially enjoyed the Pineapple beach bar, where you can relax, have a beach vibe and swim in the ocean, and the foodcourt across the street where you can get drinks and food from different cuisines. This place attracts a lot of people in the evening, which is very nice because everyone is kind of spread out in Mui Ne. The hotel also helped me book a fun Jeep tour to the fairy stream, fishing village and white and red sand dunes and helped me arrange my bus to Ho Chi Minh.

At first, the hotel was a bit difficult to reach when I wanted to check in last minute and early (in the middle of the night). Because it was fully booked, I had to find another place for the night but that was not really their fault.

The hotel is located near the beach. The room was spacious, well equipped. Dining at the hotel was good. It was possible to order breakfast in the hotel restaurant, where lunch and dinner were served. The food was very good. There were other dining options in the vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel pool was nice but was shaded by trees all day.

Staff is lovely, very friendly and helpful, food tastes good, water in pool is clean, poolarea is beautiful, location near sea is excellent and peaceful, very good place for people who wants to relax and see also local people and life, the room has everything I needed, good shower and hot water, always soap an clean towels and so on...

I loved the hotel. The room was simple, but bright, pleasant, and very clean. The pool area, although a bit small, always had space and was a perfect spot to relax with an iced coffee and cool off in the water. The restaurant was also impressive — I really liked the menu, and the food was delicious. Another big plus was the staff: very friendly and offering all kinds of services. I booked a half-day tour with them and also the bus to my next destination — everything was easy and reasonably priced. The beach is nearby, and there’s a beach bar that’s perfect for sunset: Pineapple Mũi Né.

If I had to mention something negative, I’d say I would have appreciated a more modern TV, like a Smart TV.

This Hotel exceeded my expectations and it has everything you need, all in one place. I got the room I booked. The staff were friendly, check-in process easy and quick. It has a restaurant with amazing food and drinks (Western and local options - and so many options) and a great vibe, and a spa that offers massages/hair wash/nail services... The room I got was spacious, had an amazing view of the ocean and a little balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea.. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. A lot of natural light and black-out curtains. The bed and pillows were the best I have experienced while travelling. A few TV channels to choose from (but not the best image quality). The bathroom was great, equipped with everything you need - adjustable shower head, spacious, warm water and great water pressure. Hairdryer also supplied. Free coffee and tea was supplied with glasses, cups, spoons and a kettle. There is a mini fridge and extra drinks, but at a charge. There is a lovely swimming pool with beds and loungers where you can relax. Quiet, peaceful and close to the ocean, restaurants and beach bars. Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. Wifi was great too. Staying here, you don't ever have to leave the premise. :)

I chose the English breakfast, which was perfectly portioned. The bacon was a bit overcooked for my liking, but the overall experience was satisfying. The room itself was a delight—a harmonious blend of elegance and theme. Every corner seemed thoughtfully curated, from the consistent concept to the charming decorative details like seashells and starfish, which added a touch of coastal charm. What truly captivated me were the intricately carved bed, cabinets, and tables. Each piece reflected the timeless artistry of ancient Vietnamese architecture, bringing a sense of cultural depth and authenticity to the space. It felt as though history and modernity intertwined seamlessly

An employee wasn’t as friendly, enthusiastic as expected.

When we arrived we were met by a staff member from the bus and taken to the Hotel. The check in process was seamless and delivered with a smile. We stayed in a “Sea View Balcony room” which I would recommend. The onsite restaurant delivers excellent food from Breakfast, through to Dinner ( supper ). The staff have been superb throughout our stay, helping us book trips and transport. The location is just off the main high street and within 400m of the beach. If I were ever to visit this area again, I would stay here without hesitation.

Beautiful interior design, paintings and plants everywhere, a lush garden with birds in the morning, a really nice restaurant on site with an amazing menu, and very reasonable prices. Excellent location, on a quiet side street, only a few metres from the main road where the bus drops you off, so it's convenient even if you come with a lot of luggage, and only a few metres walk away from the sea. A small market and shops are nearby. Lovely balcony with a view of the garden and the sea. Very nice English-speaking staff.

We liked everything. Wish we could have stayed longer.
