It was clean and comfortable

The staff was rude to my son when he checked in. The staff stated that there was no dog on the reservation. I called the hotel and told them that there would be a dog! Lack of communication between staff I guess. The worst part was when he snickered at my son because he wanted a credit card for security purposes and my son told him he has one but there is little money in his account. The attendant told him he doesn’t want it if it is going to be denied and snubbed him. I paid for my son to come see me because he works hard to support his family and barely makes ends meet. I know that unless the attendant lives with his parents, he is barely making ends meet as well, and shouldn’t snub guests!

clean and comfortable with a nice view from the upper level. facilities are clean and centrally located near most all wants. Kitty (the kat) liked it and went bananas!

room heater was a bit difficult, had to use my pliers!

Did exactly what it says on the tin. Provided good value clean accommodation very close to interstate and local restaurants.

There was not breakfast at location. But, we were advised of some to go to.

Nothing to do with who ran the hotel but upstairs people was noisy.

We did not eat the breakfast.

Rooms are small….could not block out the light from the window. Light showed through the bottom of the window which lit up the room at night.

Location appeared clean and well maintained upon arrival. Rooms were clean, warm, comfortable and quiet.

WiFi was a bit slow but, usable. Televisions were outdated and only displayed video in analog 480i video from the cable or dish provider.

Clean, up to date, comfortable.

The staff was so welcoming and so friendly and accommodating. You felt like friends as soon as you walked in. Room was clean. We were pulling a trailer so it was nice to have things close by to walk to. My ONLY complaint and this is silly....but not having a pass thru to the back of the property....if you want to walk to stores in back, ya gotta go all the way around. Again.....not really something to complain about. A++

It was exactly want we needs. Looks older hotel but it has everything you need for a one night stay. i would stay there again.
