There was a lot of choice for breakfast and the staff were very bubbly. The evening meal was excellent. We didn't manage to sit outside as the restaurant was very busy but it was still a great setting. Both our rooms had great views and the rooms were both of a good size. Parked in the garage, which was small but great and also allowed exit out of hours as we had to leave early on our last morning.

Bathroom was on the small side but still fully functional.

Fantastic old building, with a history from 1382! I'm 200cm tall so I had to duck going into rooms, but it was well worth it. Good local food and wines in the comfy restaurant. Parking with possibility to charge the car just outside the city wall (200m away) Virtually no traffic around the hotel.

The beds was a bit too hard for us.

The place is very authentic and there is a public parking along the river Mainz. Parking is at walking distance from the hotel in the historic centre of this small town.

Nice placed hotel in the classic German city. Had a one night stopover to Italy and it did the trick. The hotel is very old and you can really feel the history of the hotel - in a good way. Had a very good Schnitzel at the restaurant garden and breakfast was ok. There are other dining options just outside the hotel if you are up to it. As a bonus the local Vinoteka were serving food and quite good local wine in the square just besides the hotel in the night. Very friendly and family-like staff.

No air on and a little bit noisy from the upstairs neighbor- but again the hotel is an old lady.

Fantastic environment in the city. Historic building but well kept and very nice. Great restaurant and positive to be able to have the dog with us there during dinner.

Good breakfast, small variation of food but still very good and fresh. Dinner was really good, everything we ordered tasted good. Cozy feeling in the whole building and the small community. Great place to visit if you are driving thru Germany.

Very nice old hotel with a perfect location and a very good restaurant

We were placed in the annex - a newer building nearby. Nice and clean, but we would have preferred the main building (prices are the same). Request main building rooms when ordering

Breakfast was fine. Don't expect smoked salmon or other such luxuries, as it's a simple breakfast. However, the bread and deli was of very tasty.

For the price you can't go wrong. It's also in a lovely little village and you get the feeling you're in the Prancing Pony.

Charming Old place in the very center of Marktbreit. Rooms are updated and very nice.

Kitchen closed at 8 PM

What a beautiful hotel. Lovely room , well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic - all dietary requirements catered for. Well done.
