Room was clean, furnishings were in excellent condition, and bed was comfortable. Easy walk to beach. A/C in room was very appreciated! Balcony with quality patio furniture was a nice touch.

Hotel does not accept credit cards despite listing they do. We had to find ATM over 2km away to get cash. Hotel manager was rarely onsite and not very helpful. When we asked for help renting a scooter, he only gave us a phone number and said to call them and negotiate. Most of the time the only staff onsite were two young housekeepers. They were friendly and hardworking but spoke very little English so it was difficult to ask questions or make requests. Manager was not present at checkout, so we had to hand our cash to housekeeper. It was awkward and we didn't even get a receipt! Only a simple breakfast of eggs and toast is served onsite. All other restaurants are over 10 minute walk away. Renting a scooter is highly recommended!

The hotel is located near Morjim beach . There is breakfast from 8.30 to 10.30. The room has an air conditioning, teapot, refrigerator, TV (operation was not checked). A hairdryer was provided upon request. Towels are changed frequently and soap is provided. tea and coffee were provided only on the first day. There is nice balcony. There is a laundry service available. You can communicate with the owner via WhatsApp, which is convenient; he offers to exchange rubles for rupees if necessary and helped to book a transfer to the airport, thanks much to him.

There are problems with wifi sometimes. Noise can be heard from the neighboring hotel in the evenings.

Large clean rooms, rooms were cleaned every day and requests for extra towels/hot water were catered to almost instantly! The owner, Mr. Puneet is a real sweetheart! He made sure we had a seamless check-in, enquired about our stay and comfort everyday, and even suggested places to visit/gave contacts to rent bike/car, which were very good and useful. We happened to forget something in our room on check-out and Mr Puneet was so sweet to courier it to us to our home town. :) We were provided with a very tasty breakfast daily, made to order, hot and yum! The variety was small but it was home food and we all enjoyed it, kids and adults alike! The place is also a walkable distance to two excellent restaurants, also suggested by Puneet, where we had multiple meals over our stay. Overall, an excellent place to spend a quiet vacation in Goa, far away from the maddening crowd and right next to one of the best beaches in this part of the country!

The property is very close to the beautiful Morjim beach (about 5 minutes walk from doorstep to the waters); however, the small road is filled with stray dogs, which make the short walk almost impossible when dark. During the day, it is fine, but if you're looking for a night stroll by the beach, it is not possible here (even with the sticks we had taken).

It was a nice and cozy stay and was very close to the beach. The owner and staff were very helpful and well behaved and it was a homely, safe hotel. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect if you love peace and calmness. They did not charge us even after we stayed some hours post our check out time.

The breakfast options can be improved. If there are more staff then the service could become better. Basic amenities like dental kit and toilet kit should be provided. TV was not working and it could not be fixed.

We stayed here for 10 nights and it was good experience. Staff were friendly people who could solve all our problems. Breakfasts were very good, you can choose several options: omelette with a toast, a pancake, eggs and sth else and they'll prepare it fresh. Room was pretty clean, with air conditioning and fan on the ceiling. Hotel is nearby the beach in calm and qiute place. In general, location was good, we could visit all interesting places in the North Goa by scooter, which you can take in a few places nearby.

This is my first trip to Goa and initially I booked this hotel for 3 days only and after staying there for a day I decided to stay for the rest of my vacation in Goa. The main thing is that I felt very positive here. Tridiva is 2 minutes walk from Morjim beach, neat and clean room with balcony, hot water, very comfortable bed, fridge, AC, TV, wardrobe and locker. Very nice stay on a budget. Simple but tasty breakfast, clean room, friendly staff and quiet location. The room had a fridge to store leftovers from restaurant meals and the staff was would gladly heat and serve them upon request with plates and utensils.

The TV would stop working at any time due to subscription needing to be renewed. Because of that we ended up missing the climax of a couple of movies and were left without it whenever it was too late in the night to call the owner for renewal of the subscription.

Closeness to the beach. Clean room. Decently clean bathroom. Clean bedsheets (no bedbugs), and towels (although not bleached). A practical mini-fridge and a vault available in the room. Safe location.

No parking available. Car to be parked on the street (but it is safe). Bedsheets and towels (white) clean, but not bleached. Cleanliness in common areas may be improved. Breakfast preparation and serving conditions are substandard (I preferred bars and restaurants on the beach).

Location wise its near to morjim beach. If you are looking for hassle free stay where you want relax without any distrubance this is the place . What I like most of this place is the calmness and silence. It's free from all the noise and crowd you will see on other resort and hotels . Very helpful and caring staff. Close to the beach. The room is spacious and clean with fridge and wardrobe. Quiet at night. Nice location. Tasty breakfast (but the same every day). If you need something you can ask and the staff will try to give you everything you need. (Electric kettle for example). AC was good - working properly. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Blackout curtains. Cleaning every day. Drinking water, glasses and cups, tea bags, instant coffee, sugar was available in the room.

There was no hot water in the morning and in the evening. And it was not comfortable for us because we were with a small child. That's because there is solar sistem and the water is hot only when it's hot and sunny outside. We didn't know about that, so we were disappointed. They gave us electric kettle so we could heat the water by ourselves but it's a long time to heat the water for the family.
