Fantastic location beside Train station and a short stroll down to the main street & beach. We stayed for a family wedding in Juan le Pins 2/6 July.. around 20 persons in total.. Hotel staff were all so attentive and nothing was a bother.. Rooms were ready on arrival - clean, well sized and comfortable beds and pillows.. Tea and Coffee making facilities available. Great Breakfast available and Pizzas were delicious. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and sitting in the shaded spots when needed!! Khalil Abidi and staff are great.. accommodated our every need...and we will definitely return to Hotel Le Sud.

Can't fault anything ... we were all extremely well catered for as a large party all was smooth from arrival to departure.

Very cute hotel and had everything we needed The bed was super big and comfortable I loved the decoration the vibe and the garden with the swimming pool Breakfast was good even though you can get bored after a few days of eating the same

The manager wasn’t super friendly and I don’t think they had great communication. We were told by one of the members it was ok to use the swimming pool in the evening as long as there was music and lights then we were told off by someone who I think was the manager for using the swimming pool after after 8 pm Doesn’t make sense you are not allowed to use the swimming pool after 8 because is a very small swimming pool that doesn’t need supervision and if it’s because of the noises there’s music until late and you can still use the garden..

Close to Juan les pin train station, one stop away from Antibes. Huge bathtub.

The room is really small and there is hardly any space to walk after opening up the luggage. Further, while they provide drinking water, we have to refill this at the restaurant ourselves. Chromecast on TV does not work.

Staff were lovely and the hotel was tucked away in a back street so very quiet and a lovely respite from a very busy area. Pool was small but fine and the chill out area near pool was really great. As were the Aperol Spritz!

Details on car parking were a bit confusing but the staff helped us sort this out as you needed to book the car into the parking that was a 5 minute walk away but we got it sorted in the end.

This is a beautifully designed small hotel and we really enjoyed it! It is really a special place, also with the beautiful gardens. The staff is very nice and helpful. They even gave our child a gift when we arrived, which brightened his day and was a nice welcome gesture. The breakfast was fresh and healthy and we liked it a lot. There was a construction side next to the property, but the windows are so well insulated that it didn't disturb us at all.

There could be place to hang our wet towels and bathing suits. We had to distribute it in the room somehow and it didn´t become dry over night. But maybe they have a solution, we honestly didn´t ask.

Fantastic location for getting to the train station! We were there for the film festival and the hotel could not be closer to the station, but no noise from trains or anything. It’s very convenient, the staff were lovely and the room was basic but comfortable.

There’s quite a lot of building work going on in the area around the hotel, so although we didn’t experience any noise because we were out working all day, I imagine if you wanted to relax by the pool outside, that might be an issue!

The hotel pool and outdoor area is stunning and a beautiful place to relax in the evening. The town is close enough but still set away so that you feel free from all of the crowds.

The rooms here were much smaller than we anticipated. That being said they were very clean and tidy.

The location was really good, nice and quiet but near to the town. It felt very boutique, perfect for a couple!

We didn’t use the pool as their weren’t any sun loungers that you could properly sunbathe on which was a shame but everything else was fab

Fantastic hospitality and great breakfast, with comfy beds. Understated hotel, but has everything you need and all amenities were very high quality. Receptionist and staff were friendly. Easily accessible location.

Quite a few mosquitoes in the pool area in September - not the hotel’s fault, but a small bit of insect repellent or a citronella candle wouldn’t have gone unmissed!
