We loved our stay at Templers. Staff were lovely, room really lovely with patio terrace. Loved it all, the breakfast restaurants opposite the hotel to use breakfast voucher were both excellent. Area perfect. Staff very accommodating when we wanted an extra bed one night for our son to stay. Loved it all. Thanks so much. Would definitely return.

Only very slight dislike was the glass shower in room. Our son stayed one night so was slightly awkward as had to go to terrace for him to shower privately.

The staff was exceptionally amazing, the manager (Dvori) went out of her way to welcome us and provided my husband and me with an amazing experience of a lifetime, there are no words to express our gratitude to the staff for allowing us to celebrate 10 years anniversary in style and comfort. Best night's sleep in Israel. Breakfast was provided across the street with a delicious variety of options. Highly recommended for the best location in the Bahai Gardens, Hifa, Israel

NOTHING...it was well worth the price. there are NO complaints at all in regard to this location, nothing negative to report.

The design of the room, the mattress, the common area

Walking from the parking lot to the room at night was scary, the room was kind of isolated from the main building took me time to understand the area. There were no mosquitos nets in the window, was great to open the window but there was a lot of noise. The control of the air conditioner didn’t properly work, when started being very cold I couldn’t turn it off. I took out the card and had to cut electricity of the room so the air conditioner really stops…

The staff was very help oriented and pleasant. The room was very clean and cozy. There was a bottle of water and a bottle of an orange juice. A coffee machine for coffee lovers, and tea bags for tea lovers :)

I wouldn't say I didn't like it but the shower was transparent. It was a big surprise and bit intimidating since I was staying with a friend :)) Oh, there was one disadvantage - there were no towel hangers but I do believe there was a stand. Can't say for sure 😊

- Quirky, unique and fun boutique hotel - Great and helpful staff - Location was nest we saw in Hafia - Didn't use the free standing bathtub but it was a nice touch - Breakfast options were good, although I would try and go to the restaurant rather than the buffet hotel on offer

- Bathrooms could do with a bit more privacy (if you're sharing a room with someone you're not really close with it could be uncomfortable) - Outside space could do with a tidy and some more seating

Excellent location right on main drag of Haifa. Opposite our favourite restaurant.

We were in the annex not the main building which looked (at reception) to be in better shape. Not a big deal but we never saw any other guests, so I think we could have been given a nicer room.

The deluxe room was spectacular. We had plenty of space to move around and store our luggage. the room was very warm when we first entered but quickly cooled down with the AC. The showerhead is a little awkwardly placed because of the orientation of the jacuzzi tub, but was not difficult to reach and use. The balcony was beautiful at night as it was over the fattoush restaurant below. We enjoyed our stay in Haifa because of the perfectly placed hotel! This hotel is beautiful and filled with a lot of Palestinian history.

Initially, it seemed weird that the reception was apart from the hotel rooms, but really, it was wonderful because the noise and traffic was hardly heard from the room.

Location was perfect. It was easy to catch the bus to anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself is quirky and fun. Our little patio was a fun place to sit in the morning. Alex and the rest of the staff were so helpful!

I would choose to get breakfast at one of the restaurants instead of going to the hotel buffet, but the restaurants don’t open until 9 am.

One of the nicest small hotels we have stayed in. We were upgraded to a lovely room with even a bottle of wine and coffee provided free. Nice helpful staff and we hope to make a return visit at the earliest oppurtunity ( this time for fun).

The building was charming and the room was very cute with lovely touches and decoration. the staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating and the food was delicious.

the bathroom in my room was small and cramped and the fittings weren’t great. that was the only negative thing I have to say!
