Beautiful property! Excellent location to get in and around the main town of Pigadia and also feel like you are in a unique resort area. Very spacious, cleanand exceptional amenities. Everything we needed and could have wanted. Rooms were very large, comfy and clean. Wonderful views from anywhere in the building. Staff were amazing! Always someone available and very helpful. Very professional and friendly too. Dining was great. We had breakfast every day and always tasty with a huge selection for everyone. Always stocked and lots of staff to help you. Pools are beautiful. Lots of choices. Spa and sauna was very nice. Major perk was having own private beach front right here. Clean and quiet- and free to guests. The other beaches(umbrella rentals) are very expensive, overcrowded and not as clean so we desired something easy and convenient. Very reasonably priced for the resort experience. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and “Filoxenia”. We travel to Karpathos often and have found our new favorite place.

We had a fantastic time at Konstantinos Palace. The hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our entire family. We loved the friendly and accommodating staff, the spacious and clean rooms, and the various amenities available for children, including the kids' pool and the playground. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to both adults and children. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and nearby attractions.

There was very little we didn't like, but if we had to mention something, it would be that we had a whirlpool bath in the room, but it was not working.

Wonderful location, great pools, fronting onto a sandy beach. Rooms, we were in the new wing , very nice indeed. Fab view from balcony. Hotel reports to be 5 star.....that needs a little attention. Restaurant/bar staff need to be little more professional in demeanor and service rather than just a job.....a bottle of water in the room daily, change of beach towels daily automatically ....minor things but a helluva difference. Two individuals to pick out Manolja delightful ' mein host' and the chef doing the omelettes...they were great! All round lovely stay.By the way there is also a delightful roof top pool and bar but heh you wouldn't know it was there?

The place is ideally located in the island in order to visit beaches and villages. The hotel is renovated so it is in very good situation. The breakfast was as expected fine for such a hotel. A very relaxing place, where you can really enjoy the sea and sun of Karpathos. It is suggested to rent a car, in order to visit the fantastic beaches all around the island.

The cleaning in the room needs some more attention. The swimming pools, which are beautiful, and the beach need the presence of lifeguards.

The hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful. From check-in to check-out, everyone was professional and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Special thanks to the reception guys, to Caliopi at the spa, and Manjola at the front desk. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable. Rooms, corridors, common areas, and the beach are always spotless, providing a sense of security and comfort. Sea view rooms, especially in the new part of the hotel, are fantastic. I was lucky to receive an upgrade; our room was modern, spacious, and well-furnished with a breathtaking sea view. Truly unforgettable. The food is very good. The buffet offers a wide range of healthy, well-prepared dishes with good daily variety, though more fish options would be appreciated. Despite the hotel's large size, the atmosphere is very peaceful (mid-June). The private beach is spacious with plenty of loungers, ensuring ample space to relax comfortably. The location is perfect for those seeking tranquility with everything within reach. Nearby services are convenient, and the pleasant 15-minute walk to Pigadia is great for an evening out or shopping. The hotel/tour operator's excursions are excellent and well-planned, allowing stress-free exploration of the island. The club staff is very nice, making every activity fun and interesting. Possibly the best hotel in Karpathos? I'll definitely be back! The experience was so positive, I can't wait for another unforgettable vacation.

It needs to be better maintained and cleaned. Also, we did not like that we had to leave our table (breakfast, lunch or dinner) exactly same time that the buffet was closing. That means that you have to be there much earlier than the timetable. And you cannot stay longer and enjoy your coffee or wine.

The room needs some more furniture. There are no drawers, nowhere to put your cloths or your suitcase. Desperately need a soap dish by the bathroom sink, there is nowhere to put the soap. Also it was a pretty long walk to our room. Also, one evening while we were there, our friends got stuck in the elevator for over 10 minutes. one of the hotel guests who was stuck with them was able to pull the door open and they managed to climb out of the elevator. When they went to the front desk to tell the man that they were out of the elevator and asked him why nobody had come to rescue them, he was too busy counting money to pay attention. I don’t know who that man was, it was around 1 o’clock in the morning. He should not be working there.

perfect 5* sea side hotel for a good-nice price. Location, beach pools, suites and food are almost ideal.

Weird thing is that on the dinner you have to buy water or juice etc (alkohol is not free more than 20 years all over the world), bu at the same time water and juices are free during the breakfast. Also bad thing is that there were not fresh juiсes.

The location and sea view are marvelous. Access to all available facilities is excellent. The food was exceptional especially breakfast and the staff was extra friendly and helpful. Nearby town is very close and at walking distance and generally the hotel can serve both as a greatly sufficient place to stay in and enjoy the beach, the several pools etc as well as a starting point to explore the whole island in every direction. I would definitely recommend it.

Probably a bit less activities with loud music and coaching through loudspeakers. Room service and dinner could be available for a bit longer. WiFi and cable reception could be improved.

Stayed in July 23 for six days: excellent location, easy access to both the beach and the city of Karpathos, large hotel parking across the street. Friendly staff, easy to have beach towels changed, nice pebbly beach with clean waters and great views. Occasional evening entertainment by the pool was an added bonus (Rosalia, the key singer, was very good).

The roof top bar could improve: cocktails and wine were below average. The breakfast could also improve: quality, variety and the management of the flow; it can become a bit frustrating after 9:30.
