The spacious set up of a 'former' grand hotel and the helpful staff, the possibility and suggestions to book excursions, the galerie with beautiful maritime pictures, the thermal pool,the direct entry way to the beach, only to mention a few. To have a complimentary water bottle in the room upon arrival and throughout the stay was excellent.

A water heater in the room to prep tea and / or coffee would have been helpful. When you don't eat breakfast and just want a cup of coffee, the service personnel acts irritated, though remains friendly and helpful, price for a cup of coffee is rather steep.

Excellent location, swimming pools and easy beach access. Food and entertainment options/live music in the evening. Friendly staff. Lovely view and ocean sounds from seaside room. :-)

Spotty wifi, no fridge or coffee/tee facilities in room, house keeping knocking at room door at 8:30, fresh towels placed on bed instead of bathroom. All not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Pool was amazing, proximity to beach and main center was perfect, food at a la carte restaurant was good, just slow due to lack of staff and breakfast was good. Bar is fabulous

Lack of gluten free option at breakfast. Our double room had a bunk bed which was weird. Parking is expensive, could be included in price.

The elevator situation could have been better. Limited vegetarian options at the buffet on some days. We saw some silverfish at different locations in the hotel

Transparency in pricing: not transparent to describe the hotel with parking and the sauna and only to know later that this needs to be paid separately, the same for each of the two saunas in hotel + local community tax.

The only 'late' dinner option front 1900 - 2015 The "dance bar" music consisted of one elderly gentleman on a guitar who may once have been good but they would be better to have music machine or karaoke.

We enjoyed the stay a lot and especially with our dog. Everything was great. The location is perfect with the beach. And our daughter loved the pool with the slide. It was so much fun for her.

the room was clean and spacious. The pools are also large and good for children. Breakfast and dinner buffets are as expected, dessert section can be improved.

I had a wonderful time with my daughter and granddaughter. The hotel offered so much activity and the beach is right there too. Close to the DB and easy to get to. Food good! Personnel friendly.

The South facing rooms were very warm even st night. No airconditioning.
