Great location next to the beach. There are a couple of excellent restaurants and glossaries in the area. If you rent a bike or scooter - you're 15 minutes to the Rimini downtown or Central Beach. Also, there is a very cozy and functional kitchenware for families with kids.

There is no restaurant as part of the hotel. For travelers with a car - if the parking places next to the hotel are over, you have to use the second parking place (provided by the hotel), on a 15-minute walk.

Lovely, spacious apartment with beautiful view. All necessary utensils. Two bathrooms. Thank you very much Claudia for your smile, good mood and the room you picked for us.

A tip: bring some dishwasher tablets, especially if you come by plane.

Great location, right next to the beach, and close to lots of interesting places nearby. The room was great with balcony that allowed great views. Special thanks go to Claudia as she was very helpful and positive every time I approached with questions or requested any changes.

I would suggest getting a bucket and a mop in the rooms and provide some pils for the washing machine.

The apartment Residence Terminus impressed me with the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms – an ideal place for complete relaxation. I paid special attention to the impeccable cleanliness of both the rooms and the bathrooms, which made me feel very at ease.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, while it was still quite calm and summer has just began. View from the window, big balcony, kitchen, amazing staff. Location just right on the beach. Perfectly clean, great value for the money.

It is not hotel's fault, but our sleep during nights were disturbed by a very noisy couple that we shared balcony with. They would come back at 2p.m. and talk in the balcony as if they are in their own private home. No common sense.

The apartment was on the beachfront, very close to the beach. Close by were many shops, cafés and restaurants. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

It was slightly too little for a family of five. We had to park approx 300m from hotel. If it wasn’t so hot I wouldn’t complain. When walking in sunny 36 degrees every meter is heavy. Can be noisy in the evening.
