Perfect for our quick stop in OK.The staff was sooo nice!! The eating area was clean and well stocked with hot yummy breakfast as promised. The room was nice and well kept.

This place was clean for the most part, but our bathroom had a lot of other people's hair on the floor. It was in the corner behind the door. So I'm being a bit critical. Overall, this was a great stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, close to everything in Shawnee. Front desk personal was very kind & accommodating. Room was new & clean. Had everything we needed & front desk even had toothpaste we forgot to pack. Didn’t get a chance to grab breakfast as we slept in too late. Was looking forward to the cinnamon rolls, next time!

Ice machine on 4th floor was broken but understand things happen.

Asked for rooms together because family traveling together When we checked in 1 room on 3rd floor and the other on 1st floor. also asked for handicap rooms we had people in our party that had hard time using a tub shower. In 1 of the rooms the bed was bad, had a sinking in hole when you laid down it was worn out.

We love the location, it is right along our route to our children and grands! Staff is friendly… we have become good friends with Rita, who is always serving the yummy breakfasts and keeping everything spotless!! She’s always a day brightener!! Beds are very comfortable and rooms spacious and cozy! We’ll be back before long!!!

Couldn’t find anything we didn’t like!

Everything was fine except the sink had black mold under the rim. Not noticeable if you looked straight down in the sink, but if you looked to the side…not good. The bed was extremely comfortable. Rest of room seed clean and was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Large clean room with ice cold ac, Couch & table, Large clean bathroom with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash, Comfortable bed & bedding, Blackout shade, Large tv, Bright lighting, Plenty of outlets for charging devices, Ice cold mini fridge, Very good breakfast selection, Easy check in & out, Convenient location right next to I-40, Walmart, a gas station, a shopping mall, & numerous restaurants all within walking distance.

Brought our Swimsuits but didnt need them because the Hot tub was out of order & the pool had dirty murky water.

Staff was helpful, property was nice, room was comfortable and clean.

Hot tub was closed No phone in room,if we needed something, my son had to walk down to front desk each time Air conditioner didn't reach area where sofa bed is, temp was okay but stuffy Couldn't connect my tablet to hotel wifi so couldn't get online Just as a suggestion, the only safety bar in the shower is at the very back which isn't helpful to someone who needs to hold on while showering, I wasn't able to take a shower for fear of falling

clean. loved the soaps and shampoos. breakfast was decent.

slamming doors woke me up at like 5:30 am. none of the neighbors knew how to quietly close the door. at our next hotel-a comfort inn and suites- it was impossible to slam doors. they automatically closed softly. here though the doors closed super loud.

The breakfast was great. The room was clean.

There was no bedding for the sofa bed in the bedroom. I wasn't greeted as a member although I am a holiday inn club member.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Softer mattress and not so high off the floor to the top of the bed.
