Small family business in the center of the village a bit aside from the main road with few rooms and pool. Walking distance to main mall. Very friendly host and personnel. Just show up and they'll take care of the rest of your stay. They organize all transfers (Victoria Falls) and attractions at good price (game drives, boat cruises etc.). However they don't communicate it in the welcome message once booked. Pity. I didn't know that before the arrival so I booked all my activities elsewhere in advance. However I wish I had used their offers. Very good stay. Fully recommended!

The staff were amazing and looked after me as if I was part of the family. Although the infrastructure was quite old it was super clean with lovely daily touches and attention to detail. The location was within easy walking distance of shops. The security was very good with an emphasis on perimeter security and all the staff were totally trust worthy. The guest house is great value for money and the room had a fridge and you are able to use the kitchen to do your own cooking if you wished. Also the game drives, boat cruises and they booked for me were the best value as were their taxi contacts.

The location of the guest house is a little daunting at first for a solo traveler as it is in the Chiloto township. However I had no problems walking around even after dark and everyone was friendly to the point I was getting waves every morning from the local kids. It is also guest house for locals working on the tours and safaris so the other guests were often leaving very early for work and that could be noisy for a short while. I only had the breakfast once but it was expensive and there are facilities to do your own cooking so you can cater for yourself.

Excellent location for the town & bus station & restaurants. Very kind and helpful staff. Big room and big bathroom. Comfy bed, good aircon. Good wifi. All very clean. Efficient arrangement of shuttle toVictoria Falls

Noisy at night someone was talking loud one night and someone had a loud tv or radio on every night until 2 or 3 am. Someone left a car running for 40+mins int he morning next to my window and it got a little fume smelling.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful They have always been so kind, when we left we asked if they could prepare us some breakfast to take away as we were leaving early in the morning with a long drive ahead us, they did and it was delicious! They also organised a couple of tours for us and everything went great! The room is clean and comfortable and we also loved the fact that is situated in a village away from tourist but not far from the centre (walking distance)

The boss is a super lady.She could arrange everything carefully including picking me up to the mall and managing Mokoro activities. In the tour,I have never encountered such luxurious tent equipment with toilet paper,soap and towels.Also,the chef is great. Recommended to stay here and join her tour.

Many flying insects came close on bed at night

This guesthouse is very well located in the city center, making it easy to do everything on foot. And the staff is really friendly and welcoming. You feel right at home. I recommend this guesthouse during your stay in Kasane.

The staff were generally very helpful. I had a lovely room with a Kings size bed which was great.

There was a little bit of confusion about breakfast I asked for breakfast and the person did not tell the staff working the next day, however the staff the next day sorted for me.

Good location with very friendly staff who are always willing to help to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are organized and very clean with a comfortable bed. The presence of a fridge was also a plus.

No restaurant onsite so all meals have to be ordered in. No breakfast too.

The staffs are very kind and helpful . Also I required 1night camping tour for Chobe national park. The owner looked for the agency that can offer me the tour, because I was alone ,it was very difficult to look for any tour I joined by myself. But she found it for me.

Just a little walk to the center of Kisane. Private parking, lovely staff, they arrange a taxi for you and are ready to help in whatever way.

I would suggest to sell water as it is a basic thing but most people forget to buy it
