The location is excellent and nearby Central shopping mall. The room was clean and roomy for family. Well-equipped with necessary amenities.

- The breakfast needs to be improved. A toasters for plain bead/whole wheat bread with butter and jam would be great. - I requested 2 extra pillows but the staff only allowed 1 extra for my son. 😐 I normally need a body pillow to help me sleep too. But oh well, they wouldn’t allow it.

Friendly and helpull staff. In the city centre. Good accomodation and room. Price/quality perfect. Tastfull and variated breakfast, well organised. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of parking possibilities. Friendly dog to welcome people.

The location is excellent - within walking distance of the mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms had a lot of electrical outlets, which is rare, and decent seating.

There were no hand towels in the room. The breakfast, while including hot & fresh dishes, was not anything to look forward to (at least coming from a non-Thai person).

The room was well designed and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was very basic but that is not unusual for a small hotel in Thailand. The location proved to be awful, although not the hotels fault as there was a VERY LOUD concert nearby which ran until after midnight and offered no chance of sleep until it stopped.

Good location cause near the Shopping mall ( Central Phisanulok) Room is very clean !!! Bathroom and shower is great ! Bed is comfort and let us slept overnight very well. No noisy sound even the room nearby or surrouding environment. Breakfast sufficient for restart your day. Staff is nice and active !

Almost nothing, just only notice that Their is no elevator here, may be the problem for old age patient.

The location. It was impossible to find a place to have dinner around the hotel. It is closed to a big shopping centre but no local restaurants

Close to Central Phitsanulok in walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Nice and helpful staff.

The place is well designed / modern and very clean. Great location. Breakfast was great. Parking lot quite spacious. This hotel is totally worth the price.
