The hotel itself was wonderful. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The location was great. The breakfast was amazing.

Guy at the beach club asked me to pay for and sponsoring his visa to Canada. I don't blame him for shooting his shot, but when I said that I couldn't do that, he was rude the rest of my stay. Very unprofessional.

I had a great stay at Aurasia Beach Hotel – the location is perfect, right in the middle of the strip and just a short walk to the beach and all the nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. What really stood out was the staff – everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially the man and woman at the front desk who were always available and went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. Their kindness really made a difference and added to the overall positive experience.

When I first arrived, the air conditioning in my original room wasn’t working, and unfortunately, the second room I was moved to also had the same issue. However, by the next morning, I informed the staff, and they were very responsive – they fixed the problem and even upgraded me to a better room with a great view and fully working facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, especially the man and woman at the front desk who really went above and beyond. Their support made a big difference and turned the situation around for a very enjoyable stay.

First 2 days WiFi wasn’t working, little bit noisy due to bars around till 1am.

The staff was very friendly and provided high quality of service. The room was very comfortable and had an amazing sea view. The hotel has a nice restaurant and good food. The prices are totally ok ( cheaper than any other similar quality restaurants). I like that the hotel has a private beach and easy and direct access. The staff working at the beach and the restaurants took my experience to the next level. The location is perfect and there are many other restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shopping mall around. I highly recommend this hotel and I am sure I will come back

Actually can't fault it really enjoyed our stay we was upgraded to a sea view room which was amazing and location couldn't of been better staff were always willing to help and rooms were clean and hotel smelt lovely throughout

Breakfast was a bit boring with just the option of egg and sausages for the hot option plenty of choice for everything else but could be as it was out of season so much quiter then normal and was abit disappointed that there was no English channels so was abit annoying but ok otherwise

The location is amazing for someone who is looking for a calm and peaceful place to get a break. Close to the hotel there's a lot of pubs which guarantee that you can have fun without walking a lot through the city. The staff is very kind, with no exception, everyone treated us very well.

The bathroom could be better cleaned in our days there. The towels were changed but it waws not cleaned properly.

Lovely friendly staff. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are a good size. Location is great and the beach kept clean and tidy. Breakfast had a good choice hot and cold. 10% off food and drinks. Restaurant food was very nice and good value. Ate there several times.

Noise of neighbouring bars at night. But after a few drinks myself it didn’t really bother me. All bars and restaurants have cats hanging around. This restaurant also has them and occasionally they come too close and jump up.

greatest location modern and clean well decorated snd spacious room. I needed a cot for my son and it was brought immediately good breakfast!

Its a lovely clean hotel. Great location right on the beach. Great views. The staff are all professional and friendly. Breakfast was good. I felt safe here as a female solo traveller. I will definitely return. Despite being in a busy area, it was the quietest hotel I have stayed in and I slept very well. Good value for money.

I honestly cant think of a single bad thing. It was all great.
