Nice new clean facility. Excellent service from staff who were working there for needs like clean towels etc. downstairs restaurants like Iniaha Republic and Som Tam (Thai) we're very good. Laundry facilities downstairs fast and reasonable prices. No Continental breakfast but they do have a common eating area. We got food from the restaurants on the first floor and went up to the fifth floor and ate. I thought this hotel is a little expensive for everything you got but I'm not complaining because the location services cleanliness etc are excellent. If I came back here I would stay here again but I would try to book a room at the back of the hotel because the traffic noise out front can keep you up at night if you're a light sleeper.
Noise from traffic at night can keep you awake if you're a light sleeper. I wish they would offer some food or snacks in the comment eating area for late at night or when the kids get a little bit hungry.

Location, very simple and homy.
There is one staff that was not accommodating. I asked for a room service because the room is not that clean, instead of accommodating my request, she insisted that the room is clean and very rude.

When we were there our room neigbors are really noisy, they were signing very loud until morning, and they dont care about their neigbors its really disgusting and we didnt get a good sleep.
