the room was clean and comfy bed, it is in the heart of the city. just a 2 minute walk to Burnham Park, a minute walk to session road and of course along the road to the night market.

no sound proofing,, cars blowing horns heard in the room. i was expecting a shelf to stack my clothes but i found none. it was only a rack for hanging clothes.. it was a short stay anyway so it was not that a bog deal for me.

The hotel was located at the heart of the city. Just a few steps and you'll have Burnham Park, the Plaza, the night market etc. The staff were all pleasant and readily assisted me. The hotel also has basement parking with a gate. So our car is secured. The room is clean and just enough for a family of four. Towels and sheets are clean. It's quite a nice experience for our family to really enjoy the city of pines. Keep it up. Thanks alot

The property is in the heart of the city, close to Burnham Park. The room was clean and amenities were available. It was senior friendly...the elevator worked efficiently.

The room had mood lights, not bright enough at night. Although the curtains can be moved for some natural light.

The location is great if you want to be near public parks, bus terminals and the market. I actually picked this due to its proximity to the Sagada bus terminal. The room itself is a decent size and the bathroom was surprisingly big as well. I also availed of the in house laundry service - a bit pricy but if you're only washing a couple days worth of clothes, it is worth the convenience. It is an older building so the corridors are huge. :)

Not much to say here. the location could be a bit crowded for some people but the interiors of the hotel is relatively spacious. There is a 500 peso deposit that I did get back upon check out - have cash in hand for this.

I love our stay. Great location near to everything. No hassle to go to other places. Will come back here.

Use light Bedsheet cover to add relaxation. Our first night was dark brown ,it was not satisfying but the next day was a light one and that was great. I think the problem when we come back was the safety of the car in the parking area. Hope the hotel accomodate this when we comeback🙂

Location wise is perfect. Near session road, burnham park, baguio market, and etc. Jeepney terminal is infront of the hotel. Perfect if you are always on the run.

Wifi is slow to not working and the door was really hard to open and close. You can hear the noise outside because of the jeepney terminal.

They have polite and accommodating staff. From the receptionist to secuirity guards, they are all kind and courteous. They always respond on my inquiries immediately. The room is quite spacious. Clean and complete bathroom kit. They also give makeup room option. They also ensure security to your properties like calling your room that you tend to forgot to completely close your door - that is really a plus for me. Car park is also very secure. It is near to the market, parks, and restaurants so you will get to go the places immediately.

Since it is in the city center, the entrance have the jeepney station and vendors which tends to be noisy.

The location is really perfect. Its within the metro area and close to Burnham park, Session road (Night market), SM Baguio, Cafe by the Ruins and the Cathedral. Many restaurants to choose from. The Staff were welcoming and helpful as well. The family room was bigger than I've expected; it has a mini living room and then the 2 queen size bed.

I am just picky when it comes to Comfort rooms: it was big enough for a standard hotel and has a water heater. They can probably improve the lightings inside the restroom and make few renovations in it. As I've said, I am really particular about restrooms, but never the less its not bad for the price and the totality of room. We stayed in a Family room (4pax)

Room was clean, comfy & basic amenities are available, except a hair dryer. Location was close to public market, burnham park, night market, SM (shopping mall) and home grown restos & eateries.

Basically, everything was good but hope water pressure for shower could improve.

It is near tourist spots and walking distance from burnham park. Taxis arrive quickly also at such an easily accessible place. The room's size is just right, heater is working well. There's a restaurant and spa at the 2nd floor. The food is nice. Sinigang na bangus is a must try

We saw a roach in our room, it's just small though.
