Great location. The condo unit and building were generally clean. There are restaurants, groceries and convenience store nearby.

Parking is tough with one way up and down with a steep driveway. Driver must be skilled. Parking fee is pricey. The reception people and some parking guards can improve by smiling more and being more courteous and friendly.

None so far, I guess parking maybe , you need to pay 300 for parking fee though thinking about it’s actually convenient because it’s so hard to find parking space in the city so having a ready parking for you is a plus..I just think if it’s just a Little bit cheaper is better.

For the future please provide a better quality linens and towels.. kindly put international plugs near the bed..And lastly please organize the bed nicely and properly so that the cupboard can be use without moving the bed..

The property is in the heart of the city, it is close to almost all the places we wanted to go. It is very clean and comfortable.

As senior citizens, we easily get tired so we requested for early check in, 1pm instead of 2pm. However, we were required to pay five hundred to one thousand pesos for early check in. We were offered to upgrade our room to two thousand pesos additional which we rejected. A little bit of kindness will go a long way.

Location was excellent (especially during the flower festival). Easy to get to bus terminals, night market, gardens and restaurants. Felt very safe there. Great to have a kitchenette. Air con and a fan. Quiet at night. Easy check in. Sockets by the bed.

Only comments are that WiFi was intermittent and weak and the sofa bed was a tool of torture - so just sat on the bed instead!

The amenities were almost complete. I say, almost, because it would have been better if there were cooking appliance and utensils apart from the microwave should I decide to cook for myself. But overall, my stay, was very comfortable, the location itself was a big win. And I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

The room is clean and has the necessities needed. Assisted well from check in until check out. Walking distance to most of the tourist spots. Secured place with accommodating staff.

Suggest to add electric fan and wall clock. Complimentary water in cases where arrival or check in is in the wee hours. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again and recommend to others.

The condo is not hard to find, and it's very accessible to a lot of places/spots you can go to. At first we thought that it was just like any other transient hotels, but it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back to this place.

Best place to stay when you are in baguio. Most tourist attractions are just walking distance from this place. You can also cook food.

It doesn't have a good view outside or inside the room. Pets are strictly not allowed.

The property is fine, no problem about it. The only complain that we have is the inconsiderate neighbors who were also tourists. They were so noisy so early in the morning. They left their unit door opened while playing their loud music coming inside of their unit, plus the kids were playing tag in the hallway. It’s common sense of course not to make any noise that disturbs you know other’s peace but we hope the building management will implement a “quiet time” for these kind of inconsiderate “people”.
