Location-you can walk to the Baguio Cathedral or anywhere. Included breakfast is great-they even had an Easter celebration. Friendly staff. I booked a superior room with balcony and it was pretty large. There is air-conditioning.

I thought a hairdryer and iron are basic in a hotel. It's good I brought my hair dryer because they don't have one. I left my travel steamer too which was a bummer. You have to request for your room to be cleaned (all hotels that I have stayed at do daily cleaning) but they did not pick up the insect/cockroach that was in our room on our 2nd day. There is no live TV despite 2x that I asked to have it checked..I relied on you tube. You have to use your own account for Netflix.

The room is clean and good. The Staff are very accomodating and pleasing, their professionalism is recommendable. The area is very close to the main attractions but not too near on the highway, that makes it a good and perfect place.

The Free Breakfast, the selections are very limited. Complimentaries are not good qualities. The tastes is low quality. The Elevator is very slow, considering the entire hotel building have 10 levels only, 6 floors above ground level and 4 underground levels.

Breakfast was standard fare. Location was outstanding - just a short walk up the road to join Session Road (about 10 min) - and close to all amenities - very convenient. Short walk to bus terminal and SM Mall - about 10 min. Hotel Security were amazing, the best we have seen anywhere. Extremely kind and helpful with advise, enquiries and suggestions for travel, tours and restaurants. The rooms very very large and spacious - a pleasant surprise in Asia - beds were very comfortable. Reception were helpful in giving us additional blankets when we felt cold.

Breakfast options were limited - many items on the menu were not available - and we were the only 2 guests in the morning. The room was cold in February and did not have heating. This needs to be addressed.

OMG! ONE OF THE BEST! This is my SECOND TIME staying here and definitely won't be my last! THE STAFF were amazing! Very respectful, kind and polite! I actually got sick with fever during my FIRST NIGHT in BAGUIO! Just a day before NEW YEAR'S EVE! I ordered GRAB and FOODPANDA delivery instead but I was too incapable of going down at the ground floor to pick up my paid deliveries and they gladly send it to my room everytime. And that happens more than once. Everytime I had deliveries they send it to my room. They were so patient and understanding with me. They're just something about BAGUIO that makes people so chill and friendly and emotionally sensitive. Love you OLIVE TOWN, I hope you'll welcome me back hopefully with someone special next time. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING.

Within 5-10 mins walk of most places of interest (universities, public market, session rd, Burnham park, SM mall, bus terminal).

Extra towel has extra charge. There’s no “please do not disturb” door tag. Not sound proof , you can hear all noises from the hallway. Buffet breakfast is good, but it’s the same everyday. Ok if you’re staying 1 night but not multiple nights. Alternatively, you can skip day 2 breakfast and eat out. A lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Terrific hotel and good value for the money. I stayed here 3 nights. It's centrally located in Baguio, easy walking distance to all the sights and shopping and restaurants. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was larger than I'd expected for the price, with large comfortable beds for me and my companion. The bathroom was well-equipped and spacious. The hotel has a ground floor lobby that hosts some small business, a couple of restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The (optional) breakfast place was just ok, however there are plenty of good places in the area for coffee and food.

Some people commented that soundproofing in the rooms was insufficient. I didn't have a tremendous problem with noise, but one night could hear music that someone was playing in another room. This was really a minor issue though.

love the location, and the hallway outside the room. it has a drinking water dispenser for hot and cold. staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is Great as well. if you have no plans to leave early for a tour i suggest to avail their buffet breakfast.. We have a modem inside our room too.

I hope they have a microwave in the room and a better soap dish in the bathroom hehe. we had some leftovers from good taste and it's hard to eat them inside the room because aside from it has no table (just vanity and a small desk for phones) we cannot reheat it. lol

We have stayed for 2 days and we never had any problem. DAY1 was Sunday the staff was accommodating. We have no parking since we were early for check in and the hotel was full at that time. But the guards assure us that they will look for a safe spot to park, and we were able to park safe. The room was already available at 10am even though the check-in time is 12pm. When we travel, we look for the basic (Bed & CR). But you gave the best Bed and CR. It was clean and feels like we are home. DAY2 we received a call if we want a room cleaning service. This initiative was a good gesture for guests who are staying in any hotel. We appreciate it. We highly recommend this hotel! Good Staff, Good Location, Good Service, Excellent room and Value for money is 10/10! Special mention to ate Lady guard for making us feel at home.

Convenient location to Session Rd especially during the Panagbenga flower festival and to the Dangwa bus station for transport to Sagada which l wanted. The facilities and staff were great as you would expect for the price. Check out at 4am was no problem. Baguio can be a little chilly at night so I just added the spare blanket from the unused bed in my room.

The bathroom could have been 30cm (1 foot) wider so the door could completely open inwards without hitting the sink, or alternatively the bathroom door could be hung differently to open outwards - I think that would be better for ALL bathroom doors because I've read stories of people who collapse inside a bathroom against the door and cannot be easily helped (just saying).

Very nice hotel, clean and modern room. I was concerned about all of the room opening to one landing but there wasn't any noise nuisance. Nice view from the room.

We didn't know that buffet breakfast was available on the 6th floor until we checked out - which was annoying. The only restaurant we knew of was the small one opposite the reception. Two double beds in our room - these were rather small. I would have preferred one queen bed.
