I found there was good privacy for the beds in the dorm room. It was also convenient to have the toilets and hot showers inside the dorm. The dorm is very big but pretty quiet. I liked the security: lockers, door codes etc.. There is a common area with hot/cold water dispenser, forks, plates, microwave etc... There is a bar/restaurant open all day with a nice view on the top floor. Also I have been able to leave my bag at reception after checkout. I really liked this hostel, very functional and well located to visit Baguio.

The hosts of the place were considerate! They let me check in at 7am, they even carried my stuff. And they let me leave my stuff until 6pm after I checked out at 11am. They were very helpful. I also like that there are plenty shower and rest rooms. They were all clean.

My pillows were yellowish / dirty white, I would almost think they were not changed but then they smelled good so I supposed they changed them. That was the only thing that really bothered me. And when my neighbor stepped on their bed, it woke me up a couple of times because they were heavy that I thought someone walked on my bed haha, but I guess that’s expected given the arrangement of the place, and I signed up for that.

The dorm compartment is well-organised: you have your own outlets, light and a small shelf. Blanket and pillow are soft. Also they give you a bag with towel, shampoo, soap and tooth set! And also there’s a water cooler inside the room.

Outlets in the dorm are weak, it wasn’t possible to charge my phone because adaptor fell away. Also I didn’t like the shower: water became cold every thirty seconds! And after another thirty seconds became warm again. It happened all time I tried to wash myself😠 Guy in reception wasn’t very friendly.

It was comfortable to stay there. I have stayed for almost a week. The area is also accessible to restaurants and also taxi and public transport. They staff were very accommodating

They could do a little more repairs with the toilet as I found it was lacking (no towel holders, hangers)

Location is quite near the center. And it is safe to walk to and from even at night. We arrived at 2am and the check-in process is really fast, so we're able to take a rest as soon as we got our beds. We got upper bunk beds since there are no available lower bunk beds when we arrived. But the staff offered us to be transferred in the morning once there are available lower bunk beds. My companion requested to be transfered to a lower bunk bed the next day and the staff attended immediately to our request. Basic toiletries are provided. There's free drinking water. Check-out process is also fast.

Toilet and shower are small. It's quite hard to move around once inside. Hot shower is available. Upper bunk bed is quite high. There's a quiet time from 10pm to 10am, but i noticed that it is not being observed. Good thing we were tired from going around places so it is not really a hassle.

It’s very accessible to the city center. I can walk to the Cathedral, SM, Burnham, etc.

I got the upper bunk bed, so it was a bit difficult to go up and down the bunk.

The huts are a nice concept. The cafe upstairs was good.

Very noisy and cold aircon. Bathrooms could be cleaner.

The staff are so friendly and helpful... I like how they always used to welcome me with a smile. The location is excellent and the whole atmosphere is amazing.

The toilets should be equipped with hot water because it was uncomfortable to use cold water during cold weather.

Safe,cozy,easier transaction with staff,clean place and most importantly very accessible. However,we didn't maximize the amenities. This is a go to place especially if you are a solo traveler and just looking for a place to stay overnight. Peaceful and they value privacy and monitor noises to avoid disturbing the other guests. The comfort room has a working shower heater so that's a plus point!
