the location is absolutely perfect. you are in-front of session road and near to all the amenities of baguio,though, the breakfast is not that good anymore compared to the last time that i stayed in the hotel.

the condescending and snooty behavior of one of the staff in front desk name jovy. she makes my staying annoying but thanks to the manager Jonie who intervene with graciousness and highly amiable character.

The breakfast was very good, the facilities and staff were great.

It was confusing to turn the shower on and our room had no view, the elevator was also a bit scary. But all in all, we had a great stay.

Location is great easy access to some tourist spots Staff are friendly

I like where it is located. The staffs are very accommodating from their reception, housekeeping and dining.

I just got disappointed that our room wasn't cleaned when I requested for the housekeeping. Also, the water heater of the shower has a limit and doesn't make the water really warm but tolerable.

The room is clean. Love the warm shower. I requested a lake view and it was granted but it isn't there anymore because of the building construction along the way.

The toilet flush is weak for a group of occupancy. We needed several minutes gap before one could use it. Electrical Plugs are loosen. I was not able to plug the TV to play it.

The location is at the center of Baguio City and its very accessible. My kids Love it coz its very near the Burnham Park and other establishments. Their Food is also very good. We will look forward to book again when we go back for vacation. GOD'S Willing 🙏

I would like to suggest to provide a kettle for boiling water to drink. That would be very nice and complete for us. Coz my Family like to drink coffee 3x a day. 😆

I like the location of the hotel since it's located along Session Road, near SM and Burnham. I appreciate the staff since they are really courteous and accommodating when it comes to our concerns.

The room is quite dark since there's no light at the center of the room and no access to natural sunlight since there's no veranda inside the room. This is not advisable for those who love to read books before going to sleep.

Its very at the center of any needs and easy access.

Maybe improve more on upgrade on equipments and facilities. But stay is very good
