I had booked a 3 night stay in a King Style suite and then circumstances changed and we ended up staying here 1 night before the 3 night booking in a smaller suite. First of all the smaller suite was brilliant and very comfortable. Ladies at reception were great, as they got us checked in smartly. The staff transferred all of our baggage to the next suite. The king suite was big, had a separate area which had table and chairs and a couch, away from the bedroom.

Location was great, overlooking Burnham Park. What I did not like was the soundproofing in the King Suite. There appeared to be an adjoining door so if you were a large family you could perhaps get the room next to you, this then brings sound issues. Not very private at all, we had some noisy young children which is Ok, we love kids and it was great to hear them happy however it really highlighted how much you could hear from next door.

The staff are always very good, they are very nice and helpful whenever you need something or just to say hi passing by. Special shoutout to the two girls who were our porters when we arrived. They were great! Location wise it’s great cause it’s basically on a street that’s a block away from the park…and stayed twice now and it’s our pick for Baguio. The food is pretty good too, it’s not a buffet or anything… you order off the menu and they bring to you.

Nothing really, the room view coulda been a bit better but that’s a minor niggle really. It is good however if you don’t like the sun ☀️ waking up early each day.

Nice views. Room was spacious and very clean. A taxi to SM-mall was very cheap. Less than 100 peso. From SM-mall it was an easy walk downhill through the city center back to the hotel. In the evening there was some music outside, but at night it was very quiet, even with a window open. The aircon was very silent.

The temperature of the water in the shower varied from hot to cold, in a 20 second cycle. Sometimes it was a long wait till an empty taxi came past the hotel. International phone calls not possible with the phone in the room.

Centrally located. Very close to main attractions of Baguio. It is close to Burnham Park. It has a very good restaurant at the lobby — Fortune Restaurant, good food at reasonable prices. It is close to shops, cafes & restaurants. The room is spacious and bed was comfortable.

The door of the room is old fashioned. You need to consciously lock it unlike other hotel doors which cannot be opened from the outside once you close it. Other hotels provide complimentary bottled water but Paragon Hotel doesn’t.

During our stay it was my partner's birthday. The staff were very helpful even before our stay. A surprise was arranged and it was amazing. Breakfast was a little basic, maybe a buffet option could be offered.

Baguio is a non smoking city, similar to most of Manila. However, our hotel in Manila did offer a smoking area inside the hotel which was a nice convenient touch. Maybe Paragon could offer something similar.

Exceptional customer service and very friendly, helpful, and informative staff. Location is near almost to everything(restaurants, food shop, pharmacy, grocery). Walkable to Burnham Park. Easy access to public transport like taxis. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. They were also able to get us an early check-in since we've arrived earlier than the check-in time.

The only thing that I didn't like is that their television isn't a smart tv. Which is fine since we really don't use it that much as we're always off our room, but it would be better to have a good television with more access to channels and apps for the resting time and at night.

The room is so spacious and very clean. Staff are very friendly and so polite also very helpful. The bed is so comfortable. Everything about the hotel is amazing except breakfast don't have much choices but apart from that so well happy. Highly recommended but will stay in this hotel again if I go to Baguio again. The property was 4 star absolutely Very safe with excellent security Front end staff was always very helpful and smiles plentiful They helped with securing tour guide for us The room was spaciousness and very beautiful The bed was very comfortable the A/C worked great the CR was very well stocked and the refrigerator cold and a welcome use for our strawberries The cleaning staff was great and super friendly The breakfast plan is the way to go as the “Future” restaurant had a wonderful very delicious breakfast We would absolutely recommend this Paragon Hotel Thank you all

The only disappointment was the WiFi very very slow

The facilities need much work with leaky AC units and windows into bathroom...

Location to burnham park, the night market and palenke.

The first room we stayed in ( premier king) had an odd layout that made it feel very cramped and the bathroom has glass doors thar was only shielded by curtains, which didn’t block out the glass completely. We had to ask them to put more curtains as you could see into the bathroom. The bathroom also didn’t feel like it was cleaned properly and we had to ask them to clean it which they did promptly.
