The staff are nice, particularly the security guy who assists us when we checked out. It is also nice that they trained interns. It is nice that they support the sustainability initiative of burning calories by using the stairs, but it does not help the senior guests because mataas ang stairs and they dont have lift. Cleanliness - the hotel is quite old, and the switches have dirty finger marks that accumulate due to a long time. The toilet is the same, and the grouting has built up soap scum. Food - set menu nya, the offers unli rice, but the ulam is for 1 serving only, so you have to buy additional ulam kung malakas ka kumain Facilities- they have a water heater, so be careful if you will take a shower lalo na if you will wash your hair Location - 7 mins away to Burnham Park and steps away to restaurants like Sizzling Plate

The staff were very courteous and professional. They greeted us in and when we are going out all the time. They are a very responsible staff. My room is vey clean and provided us with toiletries all the time.

That there is no elevator on the property. Imagine if your room assignment is on the third floor, it must be very tiring. That is good that my room assignment was on the first floor.

The graveyard receptionist lady i also forget her name i think it's start with letter A? Thin lady so accommodated and polite always with smile and answer my question un very professional way📍i give her my calling card for her growth.

Been working on hospitality industry for 16yrs and the most important working on this industry is HOSPITALITY 📍 how to accommodate and welcome each guest. When we arrive at the hotel the RECEPTIONIST i forgot her" name i ask her if the hotel can arrange tour for us and she said she doesn't know? I said okay but when i look in the bulletin beside reception there's a poster for a tour 😏. I ask if she know any nearby area where we can reach for an tour agent and she again that ' i don't know' which is red flag already. She doesn't even try to be polite infact she said to her colleague that she's irritated!!! What a hospitality 📍

The location was great. The breakfast was amazing, however only the fried rice and the coffee were limitless. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and professional. The rooms are comfortable except for the shower, which has insufficient hot water and makes showering uncomfortable. The cold water made us all scream and shiver.

Staff! They are very friendly and helpful!

During my stay the road is ongoing repair and also hotel do not have elevator! So going up on the 3rd floor is difficult especially if you have something to carry!

Location: Very close to everywhere - Good Taste, Burnham Park, Rizal Park and Session Road are just few popular places that are just within walking distance. Room Service: Kudos to their service since all our requests were assisted (Extra toiletries, pillows, plates, spoons and fork) We called them almost everyday and they're always at your service. Front Desk: The Visita Baguio approval of my brother was approved even on last minute. They also allowed him to print his bus ticket for free. (Not sure if it's really free or for an additional cost, but it's really appreciated)

Their procedure of leaving the keys whenever we go out was a little different from the other hotels we've stayed before. Since the front desk is located on the third floor and our room is on the 2nd, it's really an effort and tiresome to go up and down everytime we'll leave the keys and whenever we arrived after a tiring tour just to get it.

Friendly staff, delicious brekky, comfy bed, close to public transport and plenty of eateries around. Best bet when you're on a budget and still wish the best comfort.

Accessible to almost tourists spot we have been. The staff are very accommodating. During our stay, I don't hear any unnecessary movement or chatting or shouting outside our room. 👌

The room was almost perfect when I saw a little 2 or 3 🪳 inside our room.. that's my only concern. Try to get the services of the pest control.

I did not know that breakfast was included in the package, though there are limited choice but its better than nothing. Staffs are very friendly. Room is neat and clean. The experience and stay was great.

I just want to highlight their responsiveness to online booking platform , its quite slow.

It is in very accessible to tourist spots we need to go.
