As a first time traveller in Baguio, this is arguably the best place to stay if you want affordable rooms/rates. Burnham Park is just a few minutes walk and fast-food chains, supermarkets, convenience stores are also a few meters walk. The room and bathroom is clean from perspective + you get a balcony which gazes the mountainous range of Baguio. Room size is good for two people, for three it might become little constrained in space. Overall, would definitely recommend the place. 👍

The place is situated beside a very busy road so you might/may hear everything (motorcycles, cars and trucks loud noises). Though we didn't care much of it during our stay. But take that in mind. Again, the room and bathroom is clean from perspective but I saw a cockroach wandering around in our room during the evening.

First of all, I thought the room was small based on the pictures when I booked. When we came there, alas! The bedroom was large, as well as the beds. There's more; it came with a spacious living area with dining and kitchen with all utensils and cooking equipment (even if we didn't really use them). Had we known that these were also available, we could have added cooking as a part of our planned activities. If I bring the entire gang next time, we will book here. Kudos to the receptionists who were so kind and cheerful.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They respond timely to our request. The view in our window is captivating, capturing the morning and evening scene. The location is walking distance to Burnham Park. Many food selections nearby and grocery store for the essential needs. And no corkage fees.

Just the water in the flooring of CR doesn't drain properly. I washed the flooring before bed time and in the morning as I woke up, the floor is still wet. It's very cold to step in barefoot, good thing they've provided slippers.

The location is very accessible to most of the tourist spots hence it is a bit noisy at night but that’s acceptable. The staff specially the front desk are extremely friendly and welcoming! I would definitely be back because of the hospitality of the staffs. The cleanliness is just like home.

Parking space is limited only to 2 cars 😅 Also, since our room is on the 5th floor, climbing back and forth is very tiring specially if you’re out on tour for the day 😅 elevator might help.

Waterheater is digital. Female staffs are respectful, welcoming and accommodating. The room is spacious and clean. Though there were some molds in the bathroom. Walking distance from Burnham Park.

There's one guy staff at night who was lazy on duty, he was using phone at work and was sleeping at the reception when we called him. Water leak from the toilet bowl.

Will Book Again! The building is new. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Burnham , good taste, session, cathedral, SM and restaurants. Super clean. No particles of any dust, hair strand, or unpleasant odor that can be found in the room. Staffs are courteous especially the guy in the reception who is very willing to help and open to concerns and questions of the guests. 24 hours open. Well ventilated. The room has windows where fresh and cool breeze of Baguio can circulate. Plus point is that there is a nice view where you can have a cup of coffee with your pal. The water supply is great and so as the other amenities. Overall, it was a great stay and I will be coming back for sure😊

The inn is newly built. The rooms are super clean and the rest room is pleasant. First thing I checked upon our check in is the cleanliness and I am super satisfied🙂 Almost accessible to all and what I love the most is its proximity to Burnham park, Good taste, Session Road Night Market and SM. All are walking distance from the inn. . My children enjoyed the room since it has its own balcony with the overlooking view of the City. Their facilities are working . The water supply is strong and the wifi too. I am satisfied with the staffs. They are so friendly and accommodating and even suggested nearby tourist spot to visit. Plus when I forgot my wallet in the reception area, the staffs even initiated to return it to me.

our break is done so we have to go home even if we havent finished our tour of the city.but definitely we will be back.

No hair blower, no water heater for coffee. No mirror in the room, and soundproofing is bad, i can literally hear voices from another room

The staff are the nicest and most professional people I have encountered. The room is very clean and comfy. The hotel itself feels very secure. Location: just 5mins away from Good Taste Restaurant and Burnham park.

It's a 6th story building with no elevator. So, if your room is on the top floor, it's a little inconvenient.
