staffs are kind and approachable 24/7... 🙂 our car was safely parked. may basement... walking distance lang from burnham park... may smoking area sa roofdeck... i can say it's a home kc may sink, cabinets, spoon/fork, cups, glasses, plates, ref, toiletries at water heater for coffee and shower... diko na napansin kung may lutuan kc diko naging concern since maraming kainan sa labas 🤣

may time limit lang sa parking area para magsara ung gate in the late evening... pero in a way it is for the safety of guests and vehicles... so it is still a good thing...

Charity, the front desk/receptionist was very responsive to all my questions even before our stay. She was very helpful when we checked in and she always have a lovely smile and always ready to help. The room is spacious. There's a small balcony. No aircondition, but it's fine, when in Baguio, you'll not need an AC. The room was clean and utensils and plates were provided. Hot and cold shower available. Location was convenient. Short walk to Good Taste and other restaurants, as well as Burnham Park. Quiet and safe location.

Travelled with kids and the suite provided us the convenience and comfort just like what we have at home. Very near to city sites - walkable if you're up to it. The equipped kitchen allowed us to cook and properly eat some meals when we didn't feel eating out. The staff were very accommodating and lent us rice cooker and extra frying pan.

I know it sounds whiny coz travelling should bring inconvenience, out of your comfort zone. But we always look for fully equipped kitchen when renting out a place however they don't have microwave contrary to what was advertised. So be advised. Had to reheat leftover food using frying pans/rice cooker but fortunate we still have these appliances to cook food with. Nonetheless, we still had a great time at this place.

We love the spacious room, very good for family stay, the beds were good,..the staff were kind and very accommodating, they will response right away when u have concerns., clean towels (2 each bed) and also the bathroom rug., the kitchen wares and utensils ❤️, the round table w/ 2 chairs, as well in the valcony we spent some time when we arrived @ the hotel after a long day outside. ❤️ Safety of the room and the parking was a big big point 👏👌.. We'll come back soonest

Maybe the Television, if they can upgrade a little,, if they can put a good reception. ❤️ And, might as well change the curtains to a quite thick but not totally blackout curtains. 😍

The room is spacious and has its own CR. It also has a mini kitchen to cook food (suggest having a rice cooker as well to cook rice :)) and have coffee. We love the overlooking balcony as well. It looked and felt so clean all throughout our stay. The location is very accessible as it's just walking distance to Burnham Park and the Night Market.

The location was very good. Close to Burham Park and SM Bagio. The room was comfortable and clean. The wifi was good, about 40mbps so enough for me to work remotely and stream some movies. Each bed had 4 pillows which was great! The facility is older and showing wear but clean and well maintained. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

Our family room was spacious and clean, I also liked that there is a safe parking space for our car. The facility is well secured and protected from outsiders using a biometric access. Also, Charity was so helpful with all our needs and even helped us with our luggage.

The water pressure seems to drop down at some point in the morning and consequently the water heaters do not operate on low pressured water flow.

no elevator. not enough of water supply at night in both bathrooms.We can’t freshen up after a long day due to very limited water supply. Even brushing your teeth is very inconvenient there’s only a few drops of water.

The master bathroom was leaking. I’m sure they know ahead of time that’s it’s leaking because there’s a washcloth on the floor by the toilet and was wet.They we’re aware of the problem but they still book the unit .. We’ve noticed the problem late at night after we came back from our dinner.. we are walking on the bathroom floor w/ wet towel .They can’t do anything even I called the front desk.? We have to deal w/ problem.

I like the vicinity of the place. Almost near the city and clean environment. The staffs are very accommodating with our request. The room was newly painted. The room is also spacious 👍

Only stairs are available in the place. Some insects were found but they also hide. There were some things were old use already and need some like the sliding doors.

The location is very good. It is walking distance in the heart of the city. Every place is accessible such as eatery, restaurant, public places, parks, malls, bars and the like. The places are all clean hallways, lobby, including the room. The verandra is also an added plus factor because their is a nice view of the outside wherein you could feel the cool wind breeze. I will definetly comeback to this place in the near future, because we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very satisfied...

The only thing they need to improve is that there is no exhaust fan inside the toilet the smell from it when you defecate roams inside the room. Although there is a small wall opening but this will not be enough since there is wall from the other adjacent property.
