It's right at the heart of Baguio. The staff is quite attentive, and the breakfast selection is OK. But what I really like is that the water is strong, the bath area is big, and the toiletries are complete.

There's not much to say that I don't like.

We're a couple booking for a family suite so we enjoyed the bigger space. 1 large bed, 1 bunk bed and sofa. I liked the elevator access, the refrigerator, the hair dryer, free slippers and shower with hot water. They had hotel toiletries like shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste. Free breakfast included. The restaurant below is open until 9pm. Located just behind Burnham park so easy access while walking.

Lack of utensils Lack of toilet paper. Not many options for vegans in the free breakfast. But there's salad you can order (not included in free breakfast). The owner wasn't pleasant. Wifi was not working well. It kept disconnecting.

Great location accessible to reach SM mall, Burnham park tourism activities & restaurants. Staff is very friendly and accommodating I have extended my stay and was offered a discount rooms are very spacious & clean with hot showers. There is a restaurant available downstairs with an international & Filipino cuisine.

The breakfast could be improved! But the Filipino cuisine is great in the restaurant and would recommend.

Spacious! Room looks exactly like the photos. They have room service upon request. The bathroom is also biiiig. AC works well. Location is near Burnham, Good Taste, BDO, there’s Jollibee Mang Inasal and McDonald’s nearby as well. But they also have their own restaurant downstairs which serve good food! Free breakfast has good menu and tastes great as well. Staff was friendly and accommodating, specially the kuya guards!

The WiFi never worked well in our room, it would constantly connect and disconnect. I was able to watch Netflix properly only once, at around 2am-5am. The AC doesn’t have a remote control. There were only 3 electric outlets, but good thing I brought an extension cord with me.

The room was large and comfortable, with a spacious balcony. The breakfast options were plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to Burnham Park.

The hotel is a little dated for the price. There was a problem with the shower. However, it was fixed the next day. The location is somewhat noisy with traffic for those who like quiet at night.

Clean and simple, comfortable bed, reasonably good location near the park. The decor is pretty bizarre but it's a decent place to stay at.

The staff was really unhelpful recommending places to eat around the hotel. The electricity in the room took a little bit of wiggling to work. No plugs next to the bed, but seems to be pretty common in the Philippines.

The hotel is very well situated to city centre. Only 5-10 minutes walk to Burnham park, 2 minutes walk to city market. This hotel is family friendly, rooms are well decorated for family with kids. Well maintained rooms, clean, comfortable beds, good wi fi. All staff, are accomodating, courteous and honest. The food/breakfast are well catered to all kinds of tourist either Filipino or foreigner. The hotel is advertised as 3star but well deserved to be promoted to 4star...i know very well about hotels as you may see my previous stayed hotels here at Bookings.com....including my IHG membership...

A big hotel to accomodate a lot of guest but minimal parking...1st come 1sr serve, but the security guard will always make a way to accomodate guest...

The location was perfect. The staff, elevators, cleanliness and breakfast were all very good.

The murals on the walls were from Mine Craft, a video game. The artist was lacking some skills around depth and shading while attempting 3D illustrations.

The location was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

Could do with updating the room. Deep cleaning, especially the bathroom./shower. More variety on the breakfast menu.

I love the location because it is very accessible and walking distance away from everything.

The noises of the cars, motorcycles, and vendors 24/7. The rooms should be a bit soundproof or maybe privide earplugs.
