The room big and spacious.. food area good

The confusion how to get to reception .. Check in .. room wasn’t ready until 5.30pm .. The reception staff not trained on how to do their job properly always looking around for help moaning that they are busy NOT my problem .. the check in system seemed to be in 1900 s .. I think all the staff need to go on team bonding course

This was our second or third booking here, if I'm not mistaken. I especially love that it has the vibes of a legitimate hotel. The staff and crew were very accommodating and approachable. Full package na rin kasi there's a convenience store at the basement and a chinese restaurant at B4 that is also owned by the hotel. The parking is also somewhat spacious, pagalingan nalang mag park but can accommodate many vehicles, even land cruisers and vans. I believe may function hall din sila. Breakfast is available upon request.

Honestly, the only thing na di ko nagustuhan dito evey time na mag stay kami is the fact na di ako fit sa bowl. Lol! I am a big person and it seems na sukat lang si bowl for petites, pero manageable naman. medyo dikit kasi sa pader yung bowl.

The location is very convenient, just a 3-5 minute walk from Burnham Park, making it easy to explore the area. There’s no need for air conditioning since the weather is already cool at night—just open the window, and you’ll enjoy the fresh breeze. While breakfast is not included, the hotel offers free coffee in the morning, which is a nice touch. If you prefer a full breakfast, they serve one for only 100 pesos, which is quite affordable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant food is great. I travel with a big group and this place has a parking lot enough for us. The room is also big and the bed is comfy. it also has great internet access.

the elevators are quite small and slow.

Having a gym, restaurant in the building, location

The only thing I have issue with is the drinks cooler. The last few times I have stayed the cooler was cool enough to keep food & drinks in. I mentioned the cooler was actually at 21°C when the room was at 18°C. The staff told me it was just a cooler and it was normal. I asked for a different one & the staff arranged that. It was a little better at 18°C. If I had any milk to put in my coffee it would not last 12 hours. Bad choice of coolers.

The room itself was great. The lobby is nice and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Parking is to steep. The coffee was served a little cold.

I appreciated the privacy and felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating.

The uphill walk from Burnham Park to the hotel was quite tiring, especially for those who aren't used to walking. We attempted to walk back to the hotel from the park, and it was exhausting. However, the distance is short, only about 5 to 10 minutes away.
