Spacious

Need to replace old towels.

Location was great, walking distance to burnham park which is really convenient. parking was convenient for us, our car was secure. We were able to use to kitchen to cook our own food. Complete set of tables and bed was comfortable enough for all of us.

Internet router was not cooperating. Video calls were getting cut off. I was planning to show the place to our friends, but internet access kept on disconnecting.

The location is in the city proper. The staffs are kind considerate to our seniors and nice to us. The rooms are clean and complete amenities hot and cold shower heater ref and even rice cooker.

Lack of parking space.

The room is very spacious. They allow small dogs. Its great value for family in baguio

The location is near burnham park however its a few minutes walk to the park entrance. Also the location is a bit steep for cars and for seniors to walk up.

saw some small roaches; could use a microwave oven to reheat food more easily; maybe some cleaning materials in the unit for guests who are neat freaks who might want to clean up after themselves..

Staff immediately responded to query. They are very accommodating and friendly despite delayed confirmation on my end. The unit has small space to keep our pet. Parking space is available. Location is near Burnham park.

Unit was not yet ready upon arrival, but it was understandable since no pre-payment was collected. Bed was prepared for only 5 people instead of 6, but extra mattress without linen was available for use.

The location is really good since it is near to all tourist spots.

Just a small issue in some of the amenities (eg. intermittent wifi) but bearable.

We like the facilities overall. The rooms were spacious and the location itself was good because there is a view. We also like the balcony design in the master room.

The provided kettle was not functional but we were able to make do with the rice cooker. The wifi drops sometimes, but we also h ave our own data so we did not really use it that much.

The staff are courteous, very responsive to all our questions. Only 1 fan per condo unit but it was fine when it's midnight since it's already cold. Space is big for 6 of us. We can cook our own food as well.

Parking is really difficult. The road outside is also unpaved.

The property is clean and you can cook ur own food. The WIFI connection is strong and they have Netflix. The staff also was very nice, they granted our request to reserved a room in 2nd floor and front view.

- The location and the way going to the condo. - It would be great if there is a convenience store beside the property. - It is very hard to get a taxi from here, might use grab or inDriver app.
